Everything was as we were expected . The apartment is perfect for a couple , very well located in the city center .

Pros: The apartment was clean , comfortable quite enough space for a couple without children and included as minimum necessary supplies : coffee , shower gel, shampoo ..The apartment is located in the city center very close to all restaurants and bars around . The beach is 5-10 minutes walking.

Cons: After we paid on booking , the owner asked us to pay an addition amount non refundable covering the Damage if there will be something .

Center of Nice

Pros: Really great location. In the center of the Nice. The appartment is spacious. Looks really like on photos. It is clean and you can see that it has been recently renovated. On that side, all praise. Also compliments on the closet, there's plenty of storage space, and plenty of hangers for clothes. Wifi is good.

Cons: On the other side, bad thing is when taking a shower, the hot water quickly disappears. And I don't know where the water heater is, so it is not possible to change the water heater settings. The bed is low and uncomfortable.

Great location for exploring Nice

Pros: Location was great and just on the border of the old town and new town so great for exploring each of them. Lift on location, definitely needed as top floor. The balcony is lovely to sit on but railing is a little low. Apartments really clean and well looked after.

Cons: The bed isn’t too comfortable at all and it’s quite low to the ground. There could also have been some more mirrors, ideally a full length one for getting ready.

Pros: Отличное месторасположение, в 2 минутах от главной площади ,вокруг рестораны ,кофейни ,магазины ,море в 10 минутах ходьбы .Апартаменты очень удобные ,все чистое ,белье полотенца белоснежные..На кухне есть все необходимое ,кофемашина ,посудомойка ,микро ,посуда .Стиральная машина, утюг ,фен ,Также имеется не большой балкон .Перед тем как ехать сюда ,прочитала плохой отзыв ,не знаю кто его писал и как тут можно было найти минусы .Мы были приятно удивлены, минусов я не нашла ,проживание продлили ,в следующий раз ,обязательно приедем именно сюда !!!
