Nice Renting - COLONNA - Best place in Nice Old Town

Pros: Good communication, clean, great location, abd exellent apartnent

Pros: Very clean and spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Location is brilliant, near the Old town bars and restaurants, but not noisy at night. Friendly and approachable host.

Cons: There is no lift, and quite a few stairs to go up, but this was OK for us.

Pros: Very good location, big flat, comfortable for 2-3 people

Cons: 70 steps to get to with a suitcase and no stairs!!!

Pros: Perfect location, really great facilities! We also used the sofa bed as we had four people staying, and it was set up for us before we arrived and was very comfy!

Cons: One thing to note is that there is a lot of stairs to walk up to get to the apartment (there is no lift), which we did not mind at all, but just thought I should mention as it would be important to know for people with mobility issues

Great location in old town and easy to get about - highly recommended!

Pros: Location was good and apartment was great for our family of four (despite the stairs)… In the old town and code to transport and sightseeing locations and amenities… Highly recommended and would return 👍😀

Pros: Great description of how to get to the property & pictures to help . Fab location right in the centre of the old town , close to everything . Helpful info if things to do & where to eat . Quick response to anything you asked .

Cons: Nothing to complain about really . There were 4 flights of stairs which were quite a climb so probably not suitable for the elderly . Kept you fit though !

Pleasant stay in fabulous Place Rossetti overlooking the atmospheric goings on.

Pros: The location was superb, the host easy to converse with and the apartment clean and tidy. It had everything needed for a stay including plenty of toilet paper which is very rare indeed.

Cons: The sofa was not comfortable to sit on and the kitchen table and chairs were very basic

Pros: Fantastic location in the heart of Old Town Nice. Close to the promenade. So many places to eat and very quiet at night. Nice views from the property of the square and cathedral.

Cons: Could do with some more cups only 2 in the property and totally different sizes. Bed a little hard.

Great apartment for a weekend away!

Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable, just the right size for the four adults sharing. The aircon was a godsend!! The other reviews mentioned the sofa bed was uncomfortable as a sofa, however as a bed it is quite comfortable - albeit a bit squeeky! Main bed very comfortable, bathroom in good condition and plenty of hot water! Lots of mirrors and plugs near mirrors for doing your hair!

Cons: The stairs were mentioned on other reviews and so we were prepared, but they were definitely a work out and wouldn't be suitable for people with mobility issues. This I think is true of any apartment in old Nice though and it would not deter me from staying here again.

Enjoyable stay, good location and room for 4 people.
