Great communication from the owner throughout. Great location in Old Nice.

Pros: Service from Sebestien. Friendly, incredibly helpful including sending photos to assist our entry. Location location location!!! Location was perfect right in the middle of old Nice. Old Nice amazing. The accommodation is a stones throw from restaurants and the beach. Easy access to the location either by the L2 tram, (direct to the airport 1.70 euros per person) or train station. Room size was perfect for the 2 of us. Great bathroom, lovely shower. very new Very fast Wifi.

Posizione eccellente, ideale per gruppi di amici

Pros: Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La struttura è molto ben posizionata, vicina praticamente a tutto. Il proprietario è preciso e rapido nelle risposte. La casa è carina, ben arredata e accogliente.

Cons: La casa non è perfetta: alcuni utensili da cucina sono poco pratici e ne mancano alcuni. In bagno non ci sono prese per l’asciugacapelli. Il divano letto è funzionale ma non particolarmente comodo.

Séjour pour l'ultra trail nice côte d'Azur

Pros: Très bel appartement dans le vieux Nice. A quelques mètres de la promenade des anglais. Quartier vivant, proche des restaurants. Petits commerces à proximité. Parking souterrain (payant) à une rue du logement. Le propriétaire est très disponible et agréable pour répondre à nos demandes. Nous recommandons sans souci ce logement.

Wunderbarer Urlaub im atemberaubenden Nizza

Pros: Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral im 3. Stock eines Altstadthauses mitten in der schönen Altstadt von Nizza. Man ist schnell zu Fuß überall - Restaurants, Strand, Parkgarage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cours Saleya, alles gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

Pros: прекрасное расположение в самом центре города, небольшая удобная квартира, милый арендодатель

Cons: совсем не было мыла, геля для душа, шампуня, туалетной бумаги (об этом сообщили арендодателю, он извинился), крючков для верхней одежды, чайника. по затратам для арендодателя - организовать это очень легко и очень повышает ощущение комфорта.
