Pros: A quite nice apartment — the host kindly allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled at no extra charge. The apartment had everything we needed: an iron, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. Great location, very close to the beach. There was even a beach umbrella available, which was very handy. The beach itself was clean and well-maintained. The only downside was poor ventilation — there’s no air conditioner, but the fan helped us cope.

Perfect location and great value for money

Pros: We decided to book this apartment despite the lack of reviews because of its excellent location and reasonable price — and that turned out to be exactly what we liked most about it. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Nice’s Old Town, just next to the cathedral. It’s within walking distance to public transport, with a tram stop only about five minutes away. The location was definitely the highlight of this place. The apartment itself looks exactly like the photos, but it actually feels a bit more spacious in real life — a nice surprise! Another great advantage is that it’s on the first floor, so there’s no need to climb several flights of stairs. The apartment is new, clean, and equipped with everything you might need. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Cons: There were a few small things that could be improved, which would make the stay a perfect 10/10. These didn’t significantly impact our experience, but they were minor details — for example, the lack of hand soap. It’s also worth noting that the fridge is a bit noisy, which could bother light sleepers at night.

Pros: Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja i cicha uliczka, sklep i komunikacja miejska w pobliżu, byly zapewnione sprzęty takie jak żelazko, suszarka a nawet pralka, na telewizorze był dostęp do netflixa, prime video i hbo max, na szczęście dostęp do wifi ponieważ w apartamencie byl słaby zasięg

Cons: Mogliby popracować nad czystością, ponieważ na pierwszy rzut oka wszystko wyglądało super a po przyjrzeniu się byly małe niedoskonałości i niedopracowania np. Niedomyte talerze i szklanki lub uszkodzone gniazdko czy też odgięty grzejnik, ręczniki i kołdra były za dopłatą 10 euro od osoby na miejscu więc tez trochę słabo ponieważ powinno byc to wliczone w cenę

Pros: Розташування апартаментів чудове, в самому центрі, зручна транспортна розвʼязка, близько до всього. Зручно добиратися з і до аеропорту громадським транспортом. Було достатньо обладнання: праска, фен, ванні приналежності, кавова машина з капсулами в достатній кількості.

Cons: Не сподобався шум, спати було майже неможливо, спочатку люди гуляли вулицями і це дуже чутно, далі в 5 ранку приїхав сміттєвоз і вивозив сміття, і враження що міг розвалити будинок так сильно кидали ящиками! Далі у церкві дзвонили дзвони, одним словом комфортного сну не було! Крім того врахуйте якщо вас більше 2ох то диван супер незручний, на ньому дуже незручно спати! Додаю фото дивана, щоб розуміти який він нерівний у розкладеному вигляді і не призначений для сну(! Крім того врахуйте що у квартирі взагалі не ловить звязок, є звісно wi-fi але мережа не ловить взагалі.
