Had a great time – Nice is beautiful and the apartment was lovely.

Pros: Very cosy and perfectly located in the centre. The location was excellent, check-in and check-out were very straightforward, and the apartment had everything we needed.

Cons: The apartment is on the top floor and there’s no lift, so carrying a 20kg suitcase up the stairs was quite difficult. However, this was only a minor issue overall.

Great stay in Nice close to everything

Pros: Location was excellent, right next to shopping, restaurants, trams, buses and beach. Clean. Good airconditioning, the mezzanine was a little warmer though (there was a fan on the mezzanine, but we didn't use it). Good kitchen equipment. The bed is a mattress directly on the mezzanine, quite comfortable. Bathroom was quite nice.

Pros: The location é great! It's in Old Town, perfect for walking around. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. I was amazed that it had a washing machine.

Cons: The building does not have a lift, so getting to the top floor with a big suitcase might be stressful.

Cons: Eighty stairs to climb to reach the apartment with suitcases. Was manageable because we are fit.

Pros: great location, friendly staff, clean and mordern apartment with everything needed.

Cons: the aircon wasnt working but the staff were able to provide a fan and very helpful

Cons: Last night there was a lot of music/ singing/ shouting from neighbours which made it impossible to sleep. This only happened one night though.

Ich würde wieder hingehen.

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr gut. Allerdings muss man in Kauf nehmen, die 4 Stockwerke im engen Treppenhaus zu bewältigen. Mein Besuch war im Winter, deshalb war es in den Gassen sehr ruhig. Im Sommer könnte der Geräuschpegel höher liegen, aber so ist das eben mitten in einer stark frequentierten Altstadt.
