Magical city - wonderful apartment in the best location.

Pros: The location was amazing. A few minutes to a beautiful beach. The air conditioning was excellent too. Modern apartment. The best area in the old town region. When the keys got stuck the host responded immediately and sorted the lock. The host always answered messages. Very helpful.

Cons: The bin men collecting rubbish outside the window at 5.30am! Could not get Netflix to work - but summer evening walks nicer than TV.

Pros: The location was great, and the apartment was in a great clean condition.

Cons: Two things…1) The building was old and the steps were caved in, as well as the stairwell walls were leaning to each other. 2) In the bedroom, the electricity of the entire room was enabled/disabled by one of the nightstand lamps. Not a huge discomfort, but very strange and we were only able to identify this detail after calling the host.

Pros: Bellissimo appartamento recentemente ristrutturato in un palazzo d'epoca nel centro storico di Nizza. Dotato di tutti i confort, pulizia impeccabile Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La proprietaria, seppur da remoto, sempre disponibile e gentilissima. Lo consiglio

Cons: Purtroppo l'appartamento è ubicato al 4° piano e, trattandosi si uno stabile d'epoca, non vi è presente un ascensore. Le scale irregolari rendono il fare su e giù faticoso, soprattutto se non si è più giovani ed allenati.

Pros: emplacement idéal dans le vieux Nice. Appartement calme, en parfait état. Facile de récupérer les clés. Hote très réactif par mail ou sms.

Cons: améliorer l'équpement en vaisselle (manque de casseroles compatibles induction). Mettre à jour le prix sur Booking (le montant de la taxe d'habitation était sous estimé. Nous avons du payer un supplément)

Très belle proposition au cœur du Vieux Nice

Pros: Tout était parfait ! L appartement est grand confortable super propre et très bien localisé Propriétaire facilement joignable et réactif À 5 minutes de la plage À 5 minutes du centre

Cons: Rien En revanche, il faut signaler qu il est situé au 4eme sans ascenseur Mais ça se fait bien !!

Pros: La habitación era cómoda, limpia y la recepción de Pablo muy buena. Cerca del subte para moverse por la ciudad.

Cons: La ubicación del hotel resulta cómoda para moverse de día, cerca de la rambla, el mercado de la boquería, barrios populares de barcelona. En cambio, de noche resulta peligroso moverse ya que los alrededores no son seguros.

Pros: Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt Die Schlafcouch war wirklich gut und zum Schlafen geeignet

Cons: Es fehlt im 4. Stock die Tür zwischen livingroom und bedroom Im 3. Stock war alles super

Très bon week-end dans un bel appartement

Pros: Très bel appartement, très bien situé, dans le vieux Nice. Proche de la plage
