Very cozy and stylish apartment in perfect location!

Pros: Location is perfect, everything is very close, nice architecture in a neighbourhood. Apartment is also very chic and stylish, full of french spirit.

Clean, elegant apartment in stylish location in Nice.

Pros: Light, bright and stylish. Very comfortable bed. Loved the little balcony.

Cons: There was no coffee making equipment except a Nespresso-type machine but no pods. I think a filter cone or stove top pot would be useful. I often take a filter cone when I travel in the UK, but did not think that necessary in France!

Very nice to stay if you don’t need A/C

Pros: The apartment is big, very nice interior design, wooden floors, comfortable bed, entrance door if metalic and seems to be pretty secure, in conclusion it is a veritable good apartment to live.

Cons: The apartment is not equipped with A/C and it is hot inside. To be honest you can live with it. !!!!! I think they cannot install or is not allowed for that building because no exterior A/C can be seem for that building.

Pros: Great location close the the centre and transport links. Hosts on call for any problems and happy to help. Apartment lovely and everything you need to stay comfortably.

Cons: Issues with wifi and television however not a massive problem for us out exploring all day.

Perfect

Pros: Very clean and stylish property. The apartment comes fully lavished with all the self catering essentials. The highlight of this property is the balcony overlooking the fine streets of Nice perfect for a glass of wine in the evening or an espresso in the morning. I only wished I had stayed longer as the experience this apartment had provided me on my trip to Nice was the most exceptional.

Cons: Only issue was the WiFi didn’t work. However, the owner contacted me about the issue. This wasn’t a problem for me, but may be for others.

Très bien situé, joliment décoré et bien équipé

Pros: Nous avons séjourné quatre nuits. Les + : Un top emplacement près du centre, de la gare et de la Promenade. Très central. La taille et le confort de l'appartement. Un grand deux pièces avec une immense chambre. Literie OK, grand canapé, grande douche à l'italienne. La décoration soignée. Appartement lumineux, très bien équipé, accessible avec ascenseur (2e étage). Excellent rapport qualité-prix (249 euros pour 4 nuits) Enfin la personne qui nous a accueillis, attentionnée.

Cons: Quelques détails (qui n'ont pas gâché le séjour): Dans la chambre le rideau n'est pas occultant. Quelques odeurs dans la salle de bain (évacuation) mais porte fermée pas de problème. Quand on était sur place, les poignées de la salle de bains et des toilettes étaient cassées. La wifi capricieuse. Le signal se coupait souvent avec la TV allumée.

Pros: Близость к вокзалу , позволяет быстро доехать до прекрасных мест и пляжей.

Cons: Я бы попросила хозяев заменить подушки. Замечательный интерьер. Но спать на таких подушках очень сложно. Так же есть сложности с работающими разметками ( не все работают)

Pros: Appartement haute gamme, emplacement excellent et calme en plein centre ville.

Bel appartement Niçois

Pros: L'appartement est très bien placé et spacieux. Le logement est tout équipé et bien conçu, on s'y sent très bien !

Cons: Nous entendions les bruits extérieurs (rue) et le rideaux n'était pas occultant. Nous avons quand même bien dormi

Pros: Logement spacieux bien équipé très propre et proche des commerces de la mer et de la gare. Remise des clefs et communication facile.

Cons: Tout était parfait.
