Newly refurbished elegant property in perfect location, we highly recommend

Pros: The property is located in the centrum, a few minutes walk from the beach, easy access to various beach restaurants. Received door key on my mobile. Good description to easily find the property. We arrived two hours earlier, and could get into the apartment. Recently refurbished apartment on the top floor with small terrace and view. Nice clean bathroom, well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our short stay.

Fabulous apartment in a great city.

Pros: Excellent location, so close to the sea and Place Massena. The apartment was absolutely spotless, very comfortable and had everything you needed for your stay. Very quiet too, considering it's central location. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful apartment in the center of Nice

Pros: Everything about this property is great. You couldn’t even think how to make it better: beautiful design, comfort, cleanliness, location, amenities. We loved every tiny bit of this apartment and our stay here.

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Nice

Pros: We loved our stay at this centrally-located apartment in Nice. It is newly renovated with a high end finishings, and everything is sparkling clean! The bed was super comfortable for a good night’s rest. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The shower was very spacious with good water pressure. All the main attractions (the market, beaches, parks, views points) were within a short walking distance. The parking (for extra €45) was just outside the entrance door to the apartment. Thank you Snejana for the pleasant and prompt communication and clear instructions for the checking in and checking out procedures.

Cons: Everything was outstanding! We wish we could stay longer.

Pros: I must say this one of the very rare accomodation that looks better then on the pictures.This studio is on the 5th floor with lift.It is done in retro style,it is newly renovated and has a small balkony enough for two people.Everything is very high quality to the smallest thing with style.Studio is extremly clean.Location is great...4-5 minutes to the beach and old town.One sugestion...if you visiting during season book parking before your arrival. I can only say to our lovely host Snejana...thank you!

Pros: El alojamiento es una maravilla , decorado con una calidad y un gusto exquisito . La cama y las almohadas son comodísimas , una limpieza extraordinaria, y el baño….para no salir de la ducha . Daba gusto llegar al apartamento de lo bonito y confortable que era . No había absolutamente nada que no me gustara . Un rotundo 10

Pros: This studio is impeccably and beautifully decorated. Despite the small space, it is well thought out and there was ample space for storing our luggage and shelves to put things on. There was a desk for doing computer work or trip research and a small table in the kitchenette as well. The bed was a king and super comfortable. The location was perfect; close to the waterfront and in an area of exclusive shops with enticing creative window displays.
