Pros: The apartment is in a great location and is well equipped, comfortable and clean

Cons: This isn't a criticism of the apartment, its a personal preference I have for a good view

Pros: Just 10m from Massena Place. A Monop’ across the Place, plenty of bars, restaurants and gelateria. 50m away, over the Fontain de Soleil begin the old town and 100m away is Promenades des Anglais. We could not whish for more. The apartment is in a building located in the interior yard of the one having luxurious brand shops, but is have enough light. Is clean, well maintained and free of street noise. The photos match the reality. We also appreciate the washing machine, as well as they have some ponds left so we do not have to by a whole box. The fridge door system opening in two steps remind us we are on diet 😊. The information provided by the owner – including a video of how to get in – are more than enough. Considering the poor quality of the hotels in this range of price, I gladly recommend this accommodation.

Cons: It could be problem with is the lack of space in the bathroom, which for people larger than me (120kg) could present a real challenge. The mattress is softer we need for our 60yrs old backs, but still ok.

Pros: Emplacement parfait a Nice, à proximité immédiate de la place Masséna, du vieux Nice de la promenade et de la plage.. appartement très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Idéal pour un weekend de quelques jours.
