Perfect apartment for a holiday in Nice
Pros: We spent a week in the apartment and had a very nice stay. The location is excellent, with easy access from the airport and the train station directly across the street, making day trips especially convenient. Despite this, the apartment is very quiet, as the rooms are situated on the opposite side of the building. The space is very clean, chic, and well maintained. In the area there are plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. Last but not least, communication with the host was smooth, clear, and timely throughout our stay.
Cons: Really nothing to mentioned.

Pros: Amazing location in the heart of the city, super modern and fancy apartment with all facilites you’d need for a stay in Nice Owner was super helpful, providing us with all the infos and a lot of extra recommendations which were very useful during our stay :)
Cons: As the 3rd bed was the sofa, and the floor of the living soon wa super loud, the person sleeping there could hear every step someone would take when going out to the bathroom/kitchen

Excellent in every way
Pros: This is an excellent apartment and the hosts went above and beyond in their provision of service before, during and after we left. The recommendations of sights and restaurants was a welcomed bonus. Communication was excellent, the property was well decorated, well provisioned and clean. Excellent location opposite the station and easy stroll away from the beach- or you could hop on a tram 2min walk from the apartment. There is a children's park within a few minutes walk from the apartment too. I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again - in a heartbeat!

Pleasant Stay at this nice clean apartment!!
Pros: The location was just perfect. Very close to the main square and great connectivity to tram and train station.The host was very helpful.
Cons: We were not aware of No AC in the bedroom as the living room did have one but the host was very accomodating and agreed to get us an extra fan in the room as it was exceptionally hot in Nice when we were viviting.

Lovely stay in Nice
Pros: The apartment was neat, clean and well appointed. Ultra modern and had everything we needed. Literally across the road from the station.
Cons: While the location is close to the station, it is a fairly long walk to the promenade and old town. Not too far ( we did it every day), but if you don't like walking, you'll need to rely on public transport. Just make sure you understand that they take a cash deposit when you arrive. This was fine for me, but they gave me 200 Euro cash back on my last day.

Superbra läge, utsökt lägenhet och service av en mycket hjälpsam och tillmötesgående värd.
Pros: Allt var perfekt. Läget, bemötandet, hela boendet var så otroligt fint och välskött.
Cons: Gillade som sagt boendet men hade önskat en liten balkong att sitta på.

Bel appartement rénové, à deux pas de la gare
Pros: Appartement très propre, rénové récemment, et confortable. L’appartement est à deux pas de la gare d’où il est possible de visiter les villes environnantes.
Cons: Il est arrivé que nous entendions les voisins de l’étage du haut marcher jusqu’à tard le soir.

Pros: Aparman se nalazi preko puta glavne Zeljeznicke stanice,bukvalno preko ulice.Higijena je na visokom nivou.U apartmanu imate sve sto je potrebno za kraci ili duzi boravak.Wifi konekcija odlicna.Nema buke iako je u centru grada.Domacin je pristupacan,izasao nam je u susret da se prijavimo oko ponoci,jer nam je let bio kasno,kao i da ostavimo kofere nakon odjave,do polaska na aerodrom.Naravno,potrebno je samo na vrijeme da im se najavi,da bi mogli da se organizuju.

Nizza è bellissima, mare stupendo, molte cose e negozi da vedere, treno per visitare la costa
Pros: Appartamento nuovo, molto bello e pulito, luminoso, silenzioso benché di fronte alla stazione (affaccio sul cortile interno), con aria condizionata e fornito di tutto il necessario per mangiare in casa. Bella tavola grande su cui si può mangiare comodi in 4. Doccia grandissima e molto rilassante. Posizione molto comoda per gite (di fronte alla stazione), a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal mare. Palazzo dotato di 2 ascensori. Consigliatissimo.
Cons: Se possibile, si potrebbero dare 2 mazzi di chiavi agli ospiti anziché 1 solo.
