Pros: Beautiful lift! Excellent location Incredibly clean Air conditioning Very good bathroom and shower. Useful to have a washing machine too. Generally good facilities but very mismatched mugs, glasses, plates etc.

Cons: I was under the impression from the booking description and photos that it was a one bedroom apartment with a separate living room which had a sofa bed. But it turned out to be just a living room with the only bed being the sofa bed which wasn’t very comfortable The small shallow depth wardrobe and the chest of drawers were full of what looked like the owners stuff so I only really had one drawer! Television didn’t have access to full stations and was very complicated so I gave up as all I could access was Film Stations! No instruction books for the appliances or information. It would have been useful to have had a welcome pack with clear instructions for WiFi, television etc so I didn’t have to keep messaging the owner, Having said that the owner was very very helpful and responsive at all times.

Lovely 4 days, Excellent accommodation and facilities, central and spacious.

Pros: Location excellent, 150 meters from Gare de Ville Nice. Lovely renovations and equipment, even washing machine. Will stay again next year!

Cons: Second Key and access to the building will make it easier for a couple.

Great stay

Pros: The location of this place is excellent. Train station is literally just in front. It’s also surrounded by loads of restaurants, shops, and car rentals. The room is really like home. We could wash our used clothes as we stayed about 8 days in French Riviera. Surprisingly, the only noise you can hear is from the neighbour 😅 But other than that, we had a great stay. Manal also recommended some best restaurants we could try. Highly recommend 🤗

Cons: Studioul asigură tot confortul,singurul minus sunt prosoapele vechi.

Pros: Mobilier neuf, très propre, communication parfaite avec ce cher Serge, immeuble calme et situation géographique de 1er Ordre. C’est simple, vous ne pouvez rêver trouver mieux aussi bien situé ! Je recommande fortement !
