We enjoyed our stay in this apartment in wonderful Nice

Pros: The apartment is really nice! Location is perfect as it’s in the center of the old city with all tourists attractions within walking distance and 5 minutes walk to the embankment. The staff is really friendly and helpful! You can find everything you need for your holiday stay

Cons: The only uncomfortable thing is a little low ceiling in the bathroom for people over 170 cm. It’s not very comfortable to have a shower

Superb location, Beautiful apartment layout. If you are 1.80cm tall or above, prepare for crouching

Pros: The location is just Superb! You have easy access to great restaurants all around, beach and main spots at walking distance. Plus you have a full kitchen with washing machine.

Cons: I am 1.82 cm tall, and I had to crouch to take showers and go to bed on the first floor. The ceiling is really low on those two points (above the shower and upstairs). So if you are taller than me, be prepared for a lot of crouching.

Excellent value for money in the heart of the old town.

Pros: The location of this apartment is unmatched. Right in the middle of the old town. 5-10 minute walk to beach. Super easy to get to and from airport with the tram. Well kept apartment and only one I could find where all 3 of us could have our own bed. Good communication with hosts via what’s app.

Cons: The other reviews weren’t lying about the height of apartment. If you’re tall be prepared to possibly hit your head a couple times.

Centralissimo

Pros: La posizione è centralissima, comoda per il centro storico, ma per muoversi praticamente ovunque, avendo vicino la fermata del tram. Il wi-fi ottimale, oltre alla tv via cavo e la pulizia.

Cons: Capisco che sia centro storico, ma le scale sono ripide e strette, per chi viaggia con bagagli ingombranti o ha difficoltà, potrebbe essere proprio rischioso muoversi. L'altezza del bagno (sopratutto la vasca) e del soppalco non supera il metro e 70. Se si è più alti, si rischia di sbattere a ogni movimento. Alcuni dettagli potrebbero essere migliorati, il water alla giapponese era rotto. Un ticchettio elettrico fastidioso dal quadro. Una crepa, con segni marroni sopra il letto principale. Piatti non puliti, che abbiamo dovuto rilavare noi, oltre a stoviglie scheggiate. Tutto giustificabile visto il prezzo, ma dettagli che andrebbero migliorati.

Pros: Appartamento in posizione centralissima e ben arredato. E' un monolocale con soppalco per cui lo consiglierei per 2-3 persone al massimo. Noi in realtà ci siamo stati in 5, di cui tre bambini piccoli. E' fattibile, però la scale per accedere all'appartamento sono abbastanza strette e ripide, fare su e giù con il passeggino non è proprio il massimo della comodità. Nonostante i molti locali presenti nella via, l'appartamento e l'edificio in generale è molto tranquillo e silenzioso.

Cons: Lo sapevamo già prima di partire, non è stata una sorpresa, però parcheggiare nei dintorni non è comodissimo. Trovare posto in strada è quasi impossibile e i parcheggi a pagamento sono abbastanza costosi (circa 25 euro al giorno, c'è però la possibilità di fare abbonamenti settimanali e risparmiare qualcosina). Inoltre i parcheggi più vicini sono tutti coperti e abbastanza bassi, io a questa cosa non avevo pensato per cui avendo il siluro montato sul tetto della macchina mi sono trovato a doverlo smontare e rimontare ogni volta per entrare e uscire dal parcheggio.
