Cozy flat in a great location with a lovely host!

Pros: The property was homey and had everything you would need. The fans were needed and very appreciated. There were also some nice extras like shopping bags, beach umbrellas etc. The bedroom areas were comfortable. The lounge and bathroom were very spacious. We didn't end up using the kitchen but it was well appointed. Elodie was very friendly and offered helpful tips.

Cons: Nothing that the host could change. The weather was very hot so the flat was warm, but the large overhead fan and bedside fans were very helpful. The property would not be suitable for people with mobility issues as the stairs were steep and hard to navigate, but I imagine it's similar in most properties in Villefranche.

Pros: The central location was great! Very clean and tidy, had everything I needed and nice and quiet

Cons: Only one small negative: The shower head does not have a wall attachment, so quite difficult to wash my hair while holding it.

Nice Apartment but a Little too hot

Pros: Location and cleanness and you can put 4-5 persons if you want.

Cons: Ventilator was difficult to start and owner/staff kind of unfriendly. Air conditioner would have been great.

Nice easy stress free stay, quite hot due to no air con.

Pros: Ideal location. Clean. Good communication with host.

Cons: Only thing I would say which is missing is AIR CON! It was extremely hot even with the fans and quite hard to be comfortable. This is especially after the roughly 30 steep stairs up to the apartment.

Pros: the apartment was delightful. the location was perfect. we were close to many restaurants, a few bars and a convenient store. The town was adorable. The beach was gorgeous.

Cons: My friend had 3 big bags and she found the steps steep and many, but she figured out an easier way down.

Cons: Toilette für große Personen etwas klein. Leider keine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit, kostenpflichtige Parkplätze werden pro Stunde abgerechnet und das geht ins Geld…

Pros: Tout était parfait dans l’appartement : très propre, bien équipé et agréable. En plus, l’emplacement est idéal, très pratique pour se déplacer et profiter des alentours. Je recommande vivement !

Relaxante e agradável.

Pros: O apartamento é uma graça. Muito espaçoso e possui todas as comodidades e utensílios necessários. O proprietário foi solicito e gentil. Muito bem localizado, pertinho da praia e da principal rua da cidade, próximo a restaurantes e comércio. Adoramos a praia e o clima da cidade. Amamos a estadia.

Pros: Excellent emplacement, appartement très bien situé proche de tout : plage , arrêt de TRAM , très bien équipé partout les chambres, la cuisine; la salle de bain jusqu’à même une machine à laver dispo.. il y avait aussi de serviettes de bains propres. L’appartement n’était pas chaud bien que c’était l’été donc on n’a pas eu besoin du ventilateur.. le proprio était professionnel, bien organisé et à l’écoute et nous n’avons pas tardé à accéder à l’appartement suivant ses instructions.. bref c’était superbe !

Cons: Les escaliers un peu longs, la toilette étroite mais dans l’ensemble c’était acceptable
