Spacious apartment, perfectly suited for a large group and a great base for travelling outside Nice
Pros: The apartment interior is very authentic and perfectly matches the spirit of the city. The beds were comfortable, and the fold-out sofa was comfortable as well. Having three bathrooms was very convenient for our group. The kitchen was well equipped with a wide variety of dishes. There are two coffee machines; we used the Nespresso capsule machine (we are not sure if the other one works). The apartment was perfect for our group of eight people. It is located a bit farther from the old town, but very conveniently close to the main train station, which made getting around easy, especially since we were travelling by train.
Cons: The apartment was generally clean. The bathrooms were well maintained, and the bedding and towels were fresh. However, the curtains in one of the rooms were torn, and some of the closets were filled with stored items, which created a slightly cluttered feeling.

Pros: location was amazing and it had pretty much everything we needed for our family including children and some elderly family members. Wifi was also good as were the kitchen facilities. I would definitely recommend a stay here. The neighbors and host were also very helpful.
Cons: It was quite cold in the night with no heating available at this time of year. There was also no AC so I can imagine it getting too hot in the summer. The beds could also do with updating along with bits and pieces in the apartment that were broken. There are 2 small lifts and we Unfortunately we got stuck once which took a while to resolve.

Lovely stay in Nice with family
Pros: Roomy, comfortable, clean accommodation which met our requirements. Regular correspondence from host regarding accommodation , waste disposal. Met by host with key and tour around accommodation.
Cons: Nothing immediately come to mind, we had a wonderful break in Nice.

Pros: Ótima localização. Apartamento amplo com muita iluminação natural tem máquina de lavar roupa e louça, elevador. Nos esperaram na porta na chegada.
Cons: Embora nao precisamos faltou ar condicionado e alguns detalhes de falta de cuidado como cortina rasgada, porta de um quarto nao fechava...coisas simples

Pros: Die Lage und die Größe der Wohnung. Der Stil der Wohnung war sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Cons: Die Armaturen der Duschen sollten repariert werden. Bei der Reinigung ist noch Luft nach Oben.

Pros: Stor deilig leilighet som lå flott plassert og leiligheten var virkelig vakker. Høyt under taket, noe som gjorde den Stor og luftig selv på varme dager. Deilig med flere bad og dusjer, når flere ønsket å dusje etter en dag på stranda. Leiligheten inneholdt alt som trengs for en familie på 5 og mer til!

Pros: La pièce est grande et lumineuse, adaptée pour une famille de plusieurs personnes, la cuisine est très entièrement équipée avec de la vaisselle, adaptée pour cuisiner par vous-même,L’emplacement est bon, calme au milieu de l’agitation, à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville et de la mer。Le personnel de service est très sympathique et enthousiaste。
Cons: Il y avait un problème avec la douche et le réseau semblait un peu problématique.

L'appartamento è bellissimo, eravamo in 7 e siamo stati benissimo.
Pros: Posizione perfetta, centrale e a piedi si possono raggiungere i punti più importanti.
Cons: Unica nota dolente è che al nostro arrivo, ore 21:00 dopo un volo, non abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pronto all'uso. Il check-out precedente non è stato finalizzato dalle pulizie. Abbiamo subito contatto la proprietaria, molto gentile, si è scusata del disguido ed immediatamente ha mandato la ditta di pulizia che in 2 ore e mezza hanno pulito e cambiato biancheria. Consiglio, alla consegna delle chiavi bisogna accertarsi che i clienti siano soddisfatti prima di andare via. Diciamo che la persona che ci ha aspettati non ha fatto molto per noi, mentre Fabienne, la proprietaria è stata super carina.
