Pros: Everything was great, even better than expected. Madeleine in the office was super kind and helpful. The apartment is amazing, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower, and it is also fully equipped, even with an umbrella, chairs and mats for the beach! Also, we used the washing machine in the bathroom (soap included). We could also enjoy lovely dinners at the balcony with a great view of the patio of the neighborhood, which was really quiet. All in all, Nice was perfect and so our accommodation.

Cons: Actually, nothing. Although it's not something negative, I would say that there is a 15/20 minute walk to the center and the old town (also reachable by the tram), which was no big deal and the location is in a nice, quiet and safe area in the Medecin neighborhood.

Pros: Апартаменты хорошие, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания.

Cons: Очень слабая шумоизоляция с соседями. В соседних апартаментах один раз была вечеринка, слышно было очень хорошо все происходящее. Особенно, когда начали петь.

Pros: Curat, bucatarie bine dotata, aerul conditionat a funcționat foarte bine.

Cons: Nu avea ușa la bucatarie, astfel mirosul de gătit a venit in tot spatiul. Faptul ca , la plecare, trebuie sa duci cheile în alta locație. Nu ai nici un fel de control ca nu ți se retine nimic din garanție, chiar dacă lași apartamentul în regula ,ascest lucru este foarte stresant.. Eu incă nu am primit o înapoi.

Pros: Clean apartment, easy to find, in the center of the town, small but functional kitchen with everything you need

Pros: Le quartier populaire le rangement dans l appartement y a tout.c confortable et agréable la cuisine est très style ..jbai aimée le faite qu ilby à 1 machine à laver et tout avec .bien équiper

Cons: Dommage la fontaine en bas de l immeuble qu il n y a pas d eau ...le tableau du salon.au dessus des canapé c 1 cauchemar ce tableau ..par contre les autre tableau Sont magnifique.

Pros: Odlicna lokacija ,sve na pesackoj udaljenosti.Vrlo lepa zgrada.

Cons: Slaba zvucna izolacija gde se cuje sve oko vas pogotovo vrlo rano ujutru.
