Lovely apartment in a great location to enjoy the city of Nice and surrounding areas. Highly recommend.

Pros: Amazing location. Lovely terrace. Great shower! All we needed. Johanna was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Only minor thing was the pillows we found uncomfortable. But a very minor point!

It was a sweet experience, the terrace made all the difference.

Pros: It’s a nice cozy apartment, safe neighborhood. The terrace was cute. The supermarket downstairs was very convenient. Apartment had all amenities. The apartment in general was easy to clean. The space is small but perfect for a small family.

Cons: The small room at the top floor is unusual so it made bathroom trips hard 😂. It is quite difficult to clean upstairs as you have to be on your knees to do so. The sofa in the apartment that opens to a bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Had memorable experiences visiting many places & enjoying our breakfasts/dinners @ the patio!

Pros: The location is hard to better - close to promenade des anglais, close to old town, to market.. and close to the nice ville train station, which is very convenient and a time saver. The next door supermarket is also so valuable when you come late or leave early and need to grab a baguette, veggies, or even escargots precooked with basil pesto, for a quick 10 min bake in their oven nicely served on their charming patio to complete the picture of your séjour in France.

Cons: The mezzanine may not work for some but it’s okay with us.
