Great location and modern apartment

Pros: Comfortable apartment in a great location, so easily accessible. About a 5 min walk from the Nice ville train station and everything is within walking distance. Tram stop right outside which takes you right down to the promenade. The apartment has air conditioning which was amazing and very modern design.

Cons: The apartment block is a bit outdated and not the best looking, it had a slight smell but the actual apartment was great. Slightly small bedroom and bathroom but enough space for a couple and the living room is spacious which is comfortable.

Pros: Die Lage war sehr zentral gerade neben Tramstation und der bekannten Einkaufsstrasse

Cons: Das Bett war mir eindeutig zu hart und ich vermisste einen Schrank oder Kommode für Kleider. Auch einen 2. Schlüssel hätte uns einiges erleichtert.
