The perfect apartment to stay in for a trip to Nice, perfect location and such a wonderful host!

Pros: My husband and I loved our stay at this apartment in Nice! The host was so lovely and welcoming and the apartment more than exceeded our expectations. It was super spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfy to top it off too. This apartment is definitely on the top of our list to stay the next time we're in Nice!

Cons: Wouldn't change anything.

Lovely apartment for a city break.

Pros: This apartment is in a great location, a short walk from the train station, trams, buses and the sea front. There are loads of food shops and restaurants nearby, walking distance. The rooms are light and airy, the bed is large and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, the bathroom has a bath and a separate shower, lots of hot water. The central heating worked, didn’t try air con as it was February. The apartment is on the fourth floor and quiet. Communication with agent/owner was good.

Cons: The lift is very small, one of us used it, one of us got fitter by regularly climbing 8 flights of stairs.

Pros: location is good -Ege where by food. big supermarket nearby, parking 50 m away, host is always in contact. all appliances in good condition.

Cons: needed some new pans) locks in the toilet and bath, and more comfortable pillows
