Unique sea view apartment

A lovely apartment : so relaxing and comfortable and within walking distance of the main parts of the city.

Pros: Stunning apartment , with wonderful views. Great location. Very well equipped , very clean and lovely spacious rooms.

Cons: Nothing. We were on the top ( 5th floor) , so got plenty of exercise going up and down the stairs ! There is a small lift though ( takes 2 people) .

Magnificent View with comforts of home near Nice old town.

Pros: A private home in the centre of everything, a half block walk to the beach, unobstructed views of water, park, old town. A very comfortable space, a gorgeous wee deck to enjoy any time of day to people watch, listen to music at the park, plane spot or enjoy the colours of the sea. Restaurants everywhere, shopping for every budget close by, easy to access taxis or a short walk to trains or just walk. Old town 5 mins, Promenade 2mins, markets 5, Castle entrance 7 mins … Washing machine on site fabulous.

Cons: With no air con you need to keep windows open at night which brings mosquitos. A plug in repellent would be good in each room. Small Soap for shower on arrival would have been helpful and a back up toilet roll. Incredibly small lift not suited to large people or those with lots of bags. 5 flights of stairs if you don’t fit.

Would love to come back again!

Pros: The location was perfect and the whole apartment with the view just stunning. Our family of four really enjoyed the spacious apartment and it’s interior.

Pros: This appartment is a home away from home . Spacious , perfectly clean , with everything that someone may need . Communication with the hostess was very easy and pleasant . Two parking lots just 5 minutes walk . But ... lots of apartments have all of the above . This one though , had this amazing feeling . With a fantastic view of the sea from the fifth floor , with a bedroom facing the sea , the breeze of the ocean , and an elegant decoration which is absolutely inviting . For us , it was the best appartment we have ever rented .

Pros: Location was perfect with a beautiful sea view.very good ventilation.Host was very helpful and prompt to answer any Easily accessible to landmarks and railway station .I would love to come back if it gets improved in future.

Cons: 1)There were not enough toilet rolls,bin bags or hand soap for long stay. 2)Bed sheets and pillow covers were not changed in six days stay which is a bit unhygienic during summer. 3)Many places had a layer of dust which can cause problems to people with dust allergy 4)wooden floorboards are sharp ended at places and can cause injury if walk bare footed 5)The backroom were under lock and key.So people staying in that room can not hang their clothes properly keeping the suitcase half unpacked.

Egy csoda

Pros: Rendkivül szép kilátás. Csodás helyen. A lakás maga s paradicsom. Kicsit féltünk a klíma hiányától de nagyon jól szellőzött a ventilátorokkal. Nagxin szépen berendezett, kényelmes… remélem egyszer az életbe még vissza jövünk.

Empfehlenswerte, zentral gelegende Wohnung in Strandnähe im Herzen von Nizza.

Pros: Superzentrale Lage zwischen Meer und Altstadt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nahe. Insgesamt mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, insbesondere in der Küche war alles vorhanden wie zuhause. Grosse Wohnung im Altbau mit wunderschönem Ausblick vom Balkon. Gemütlich und bei geschlossenen Fenstern ruhig im 5. Stock mit Fahrstuhl gelegen. Bei geöffneten Fenstern hört man natürlich den Strassenverkehr, aber das fanden wir normal. Gutes WLAN. Kleiner Supermarkt und Bäcker in der Nähe. Eine ganz reizende Vermieterin, mit der man alles gut klären konnte.

Cons: Wir hätten alle noch ein paar Duschtücher mehr benötigt. Wem ein grosses und ein kleines Handtuch pro Person zu wenig ist, sollte die reizende Vermieterin VORHER um mehr bitten oder selbst welche mitbringen. Oder vor Ort waschen, Maschine vorhanden. Ab und zu gibt es im Park vor dem Haus abends laute Konzerte. Wir haben in der Woche Techno- und Rockkonzerte erlebt, aber auch wunderschöne Piano-Darbietungen. Aber nicht länger als 23:00 Uhr.

Pros: Muy buen apartamento, con una ubicación excelente. La anfitriona siempre disponible y dispuesta a resolver cualquier inconveniente. Volvería a alquilar con gusto
