I definitely recommend

Pros: Everything was very clean and the owner had thought about a lot of small details which made us feel welcomed. In the apartment there is absolutely everything you might need, like cooking supplies, ironing board, even women hygiene products, etc. The AC was also much appreciated during the hot weather. Train station is in a short walking distance and from there you can easily access all the Riviera cities. The apartment was definitely worth the money and made our travel experience even nicer :)

Pros: Zentral gelegenes Apartment mit Balkon in den Innenhof, alles Notwendige vorhanden, gemütlich eingerichtet, auch mit Kerzen, um es noch etwas wohnlicher zu machen. Self-check-in mit einer Schlüsselbox. Bäckereien und Supermarkt in Gehnähe.

Cons: Die Wände sind recht dünn und der Innenhof recht hellhörig. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler - aber das scheint in der Gegend auch nicht üblich zu sein.

Pros: Zentrale Lage. Gute Ausstattung, teils neuwertig. Klimaanlage wird benötigt.

Cons: Heftiger Baulärm im Haus durch noch lang anhaltende Baustelle zu neuem Aldi-Laden im Haus. Zwischen 8:00 bis 17:00 keine Ruhe.

Pros: The modern flat in the central part of Nizza, directly at Aldi supermarket and not so far from the train station and bus station. The building has an elevator, balcony, spacious bathroom, well equipped kitchen, and air conditioning. The owner is a really super nice person. The flat has everything you need to feel good, I would say it is a perfect flat! The Parkhaus is not so far away and there are many parking places outside of the building. I would recommend this flat!
