new, clean, with a garage but there should be an easier way to check-in

Pros: The apartment is brand new, very clean, with a beautiful terrace and a parking space in the underground garage—super convenient. All necessary kitchen tools are available.

Cons: The owners use an additional app that provides information about the apartment. They also send a PDF file with instructions (very good photos btw), but I think everything should be in one place on the booking page. Here, we had to use three sources to successfully check in.

Estancia muy agradable

Pros: La ubicación. La calefacción y el agua caliente, el garaje, la luminosidad, la tranquilidad

Cons: La cama muy baja, la escasez en el menaje de cocina, la app de entrada no estaba en castellano, poco papel de WC, las almohadas malísimas.

Farniente à Nice

Pros: L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble qui vient d'être construit, L'appartement est parfait pour une famille. Les équipements proposés sont parfaits pour passer un long séjour. Le plus de cette location est sont parking souterrain facilement accessible et sécurité. L'emplacement est idéal, restaurant, bar, supermarché à quelques mètres.

Cons: Petit bémol à notre arrivée, car nous n'avions pas reçu les documents nous indiquant le modalités de notre arrivée et les propriétaires était injoignable à ce moment là, donc petit moment de panique surtout avec 2 enfants. Mais bon malheureusement ce sont des choses qui arrivent.

Pros: Месторасположение, комфортные условия проживания. Отличная терраса

Cons: Небыло замечено

En famille hors saison

Pros: Bien situé, propre, très calme Parking inclus sécurisé.

Cons: Manque d'ustensile de cuisine ( signalé au proprietaire qui doit faire le nécessaire)

Très bien malgré le petit oubli

Pros: Appartement très propre et moderne, bien situé par rapport au port et à la vieille ville.

Cons: Dommage il manquait des draps et houses de protection pour le canapé lit

Great deal for a new construction apartment (very clean and comfortable) in a convenient location.

Pros: Brand new construction, so the apartment was wonderful... great location, very clean, new everything, and a large terrace! Only drawback is no A/C... as an American visiting in September, an A/C would be ideal. But, the bedroom had a fan, so that was helpful.
