Pros: A fabulous Villa in Nice, perfect for a larger group wanting to explore the area but also happy to relax poolside and soak in the view. Facilities were exceptional - chefs kitchen allowed us to make meals from the fresh ingredients purchased at the market. 4 bathrooms, two lounge areas, beautiful pool that was the perfect temperature and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view. If you don’t want to leave, you honestly don’t have to. You have everything you need! Large supermarket 5 minute walk away (very steep back up hill), was very convenient. Matteo was incredibly helpful and on hand with any questions.

Cons: Location was updated on booking.com listing after booking was already made - the map was incorrect which caused confusion about the villa’s exact location. 45 minute downhill walk into Nice Old Town (would be a tough walk back) or 15 minute drive. Driveway is incredibly steep so be mindful of this. Best to have a car to access the property or Ubers were very easy. Matteo was quick to fix a few problems we had - gate keys stopped working and we didn’t have hot water for a few days. When alerted, he was quick to action though. Although great facilities, a few extra touches would make the price more reasonable: wifi password listed in the house somewhere (we had to ask), pool/beach towels and basic or starter amenities in bathrooms such as body wash.

Amazing house with a stunning view

Pros: The house is stunning and the view is just amazing. You have everything you need and the pool area was really nice. You have the park on the mountain in the backyard, which is a great walk to villefranche-sur-mer. It have a very luxury feeling, and the garden and the trees is beautiful.

Cons: not much, small thing: -soap in the toilets were missing -the drain in the master bedroom bathroom smelled - maybe it needs to be cleaned.
