Everything you could need in an excellent location.

Pros: Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, everything you could need, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, excellent hairdryer. Only issue is the stairs 5 flights so not for the faint hearted.

Great apartment in Old Nice

Pros: Lovely apartment, everything you could want. We tended to be out all day so just used it in the evenings, and didn't cook. But bed was comfortable, views amazing, and contact with the owners excellent.

Cons: The climb to the 5th floor - almost 100 steps. But this was well advertised so it was something we knew about in advance and decided to accept.

Superb location and interior makes not so easy access worth it!

Pros: Superb location, well designed and outside space at roof level. Everything inside. Well equipped etc

Cons: Not a dislike but aware thee are 90 plus steps on 9 flights so not a place to drag suitcases unless you can carry. It makes the place special but you need to be able to manage. Especially as there is no vehicle access and a minimum of 100 m plus to negotiate on the street or further if you use the nearest parking which is around 30€ per day.

Excellent time in Nice.

Pros: Location is great and central to everything. Easy access to the beach etc. Very clean and functional apartment with nice features. Great air conditioning for July temperatures. Lovely terrace for eating meals.

We enjoyed our stay - it was great that there were basic condiments to cook with, and we felt very welcome!

Pros: It was very comfortable, the outdoor area was fantastic, and the kitchen was really well equipped.

Cons: All was great!

A beautifull stay

Pros: We loved every bit of our stay in this apartment! The overall atmosphere, the terrace overlooking the rooftops and the church of the old town, the skylight letting so much light in, the cleanliness, the interior design. It was perfect in every way, and we will be back. We stayed here with our 11 year old son, and we had plenty of space.

A wonderful experience

Pros: Wonderful location, equiped with everything you need in a home, fun floor planning and a beautiful roof top view

Cons: The stairs inside the home is not the best for old people as it could be a little bit dangerous

Cons: Many stairs, so not that suitable for the oldest guests or small children.

Es war perfekt!

Pros: Geräumige, gemütliche und perfekt ausgestattete Maisonette im Herzen von Nizza. Ein Wohntraum mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wunderbar auch die große Terrasse mit Blick auf die Kuppel der benachbarten Kirche. Die Kommunikation mit Boris, dem Besitzer, hat fantastisch funktioniert.

Cons: Alles perfekt.
