Charming 1 Bdr Old town

Very pleasant stay and a great location from which to explore the city.

Pros: Ideal location, clean, good facilities, plenty of room and pleasant stay.

Cons: Noisy till late on the Saturday night we arrived. The sofa bed mattress is very uncomfortable. The curtains jammed the windows from opening on two windows. The sink and shower drains were partly blocked but a plunger was provided.

peaceful place in the heart of Nice

Pros: We (3 people) lived in the apartment for 4 nights. The apartment is spacious and modern, in the very center of the city. The location is super - close to a park, restaurants, shops, tram. There is also a church nearby, which makes it quite quiet. The bed linen was fresh, hot water in the shower and in the kitchen. Nice quiet neighbors. The apartment has a double bed, wardrobe, sofa, kitchen and bath. It was also convenient to turn on the heating! It's not that hot outside yet. so I recommend this place. The bedroom is very comfortable - there is a lamp, a comfortable bed, and a wardrobe. The apartment is bright and cozy. Checking out (as opposed to checking in) is easier - just leave the keys on the table.

Cons: The keys were indicated to be picked up at the reception - but in fact this reception is located 15 minutes on foot. When you are tired after a flight and transport with things, going to get your keys is not very comfortable. Of course, this is a plus - the reception desk, but I think you can meet guests near the apartment and give them the keys and not force them to go that way)). You can also add household chemicals and products (for example, there were only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper). The sofa is also not very comfortable. And regarding the noise, what they wrote was a little noisy (after all, there is a bar and a cafe about 30 meters away, but I can’t say that it was critical). I can’t say that these are critical disadvantages, but I think that there is always something to improve)

Très bon, rapport qualité, prix, logement convenable et très bien situé

Pros: L’emplacement dans l’épicentre de Nice, un tout petit peu bruyant, normal c’est le centre-ville, logement, très bien équipé avec des petits kit de bienvenue serviette et draps. OK

Cons: Canapé-lit vraiment inconfortable, on sent les Barres du canapé matelas trop fin vraiment désagréable

Pros: La proximite du logement avec les commerces,pas bruyant,propre,la reactivite du personnel de gestion.

Cons: Le prix un peu eleve compte tenu de la duree du sejour.

Pros: L'emplacement, fonctionnalité de l'appartement, plutôt bien équipé, plein de restaurants et de magasins à côté, assez spacieux pour une famille avec deux enfants, un grand parc juste à côté, la mer est accessible à pied

Cons: Malgré la rue et l'immeuble assez calme, le matin c'est plutôt bruyant à partir de 7h... Est-ce qu'on ramasse les poubelles, nettoie la rue, livre les boutiques, je ne sais pas, mais pas mal de vacarmes pour finir avec les 15 coups de cloche à 8h. Par ailleurs, penser peut-être à réparer les stores cassés, ajouter quelques assiettes, remplacer l'énorme plante artificielle par un porte-manteau... Un lave vaisselle serait plus utile qu'un lave linge.

Pros: Appartement agréable dans la vieille ville Très bien placé, proche de la place rossetti. Tout était parfait. Appartement bien équipé.

Pros: Super emplacement dans la vielle ville proche de tout. (mer, centre ville, boutiques, restaurants, bars). Tout se fait à pied. Appartement tres agréable, confortable et propre. Hote de qualité, échange rapide.

Pros: Super emplacement ! En plein cœur du vieux Nice.(restaurant bars) Plage à 5 min à pied pour de belles ballades le long de la promenade des anglais Résidence calme et sécurisé. Très propre. Hote disponible et accueillant. .

Pros: Appartement tres confortable (chambre et salon) et propre. Grande cuisine. Idéalement situé dans la vieille ville. Peut pas faire mieux. Proche des restau, bars, plage centre ville. Salle de bain refait à neuf. Communication facile avec l'hôte.

Pros: Au cœur de la vieille ville. Quartier animé. Restaurants, bars... Proche de la mer. Vue sur l'église :-) Appartement très confortable. Au 1er étage. Grande cuisine. Salle de bain très sympa !. Hote disponible. Le canapé lit du salon est un vrai lit..Très appréciable.
