Pros: Great location. Small, lovely flat with everíthing you need.

Nice tiny cute apt

Pros: Tiny, cute apartment. Great communication, clear indications and everything was super clean. 15 mins walking to the city centre and even more close to the train station and the subway. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped. Thanks for everything!!

Cons: You only have to be careful with the shower, there are some things to improve but no problem with the hot water.

Toller Urlaub im Frühsommer.

Pros: Durchdacht, gemütlich und stilsicher eingerichtet. Sauber. Nette Lage zum Innenhof. Freundliche Nachbarn. Die Lage ist ideal in Bezug auf Nähe zu Flughafen, Hauptbahnhof, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geschäften in der Stadt. Vermieter antwortet sehr kurzfristig auf Fragen.

Cons: Der Abstieg vom Hochbett ist etwas schwierig, war aber für uns nicht wirklich ein Problem.

Pros: Lerbergement est en plein centre de Nice très agréable pour accéder à tout les commerces

Pros: Réservé à la dernière minute, très belle surprise dans un quartier calme et résidentiel de Nice. Le studio est très bien aménagé, rappelant la cabine d un voilier, la place est optimisée. Pratique et agréable.

Pros: I punti a favore di questa struttura sono sicuramente la posizione perché vicina alla spiaggia, al centro, e alla stazione ferroviaria. In più la struttura è uguale identica alle foto, c’è tutto l’occorrente ed è adatta per un soggiorno di 2 persone. la casa non ha lavatrice però vicino c’è ne una a gettoni. La casa ha un piccolo ventilazione che funziona perfettamente, dispone anche di tv ma noi non l’abbiamo mai accesa. Auguro a tutti una buona permanenza e siate gentili è un piccolo angolo di pace ☺️

Cons: Non abbiamo trovato nessun difetto perché era cio che ci aspettavamo.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr süß und schön! Die Gastgeber haben wirklich auf Details geachtet. Es war super gut ausgestattet!

Pros: Intérieur joli, bien agencé et cuisine bien équipée. Propre et facile d'accès.

Pros: квартира соответствует полностью как на фото, понравилось что рядом апельсиновое дерево, можно было найти свежие апельсины , удобное расположение, очень тихое место .) хозяин очень приятный, всегда подскажет расскажет.))

Cons: очень маленькая раковина, не очень чистое белье и есть тараканы ( думаю потому что квартира на первом этаже и они просто из-за этого лезут)
