La terrasse de Rossini

Pros: The location is excellent, the apartment was very clean and well appointed. The terrace was lovely, the living space is ideal for a holiday. There is even a place to dry wet clothes after you've been swimming - a clothesline on the second, smaller balcony. The tram and train are very close and the beach and Old Nice a short walk away.

Cons: The lift was an antique with a very narrow doorway and it broke down twice, meaning we had to carry a toddler and a pram to the 6th floor. One of the beds in the main bedroom was missing several slats underneath, meaning the mattress dipped a lot in several places. The only way to access the main bedroom was through the other bedroom, which could be curtained off but then received no cooling from the air conditioner. Our flight was delayed and while the person who met us at the flat was lovely and very understanding, the people at HappyFew were not.

Pros: Great location, local shops very convenient, air conditioning very good, views amazing!

Cons: The lift was quite scary. Location good for us but a 20 minute walk to old town.

Pros: Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, der Blick von der Terrasse über die Dächer von Nizza bis hin zu den Bergen grandios. Die Küchenausstattung ist ergänzungsbedürftig. Die Möbel in den Schlafzimmern, insbesondere der Kleiderschrank sind dürftig.

Pros: L'emplacement était top, proche de tout dans un quartier calme. La vue est à couper le souffle. L'accueil vraiment bien d'Elisa qui est une personne très professionnelle et super gentille. J'avoue que nous avions un peur avant notre arrivé dans la location au vue du contact téléphonique que nous avons eu avec un monsieur de l'agence qui n'était vraiment pas sympa mais bon tout est bien qui finit bien, Elisa a su nous mettre en confiance.

Cons: En fait ,il était précisé 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain sur l'offre booking. Mais il n'y a qu'une salle de bain et les toilettes ne sont pas séparées. De plus les 2 chambres sont en enfilade donc aucune intimité quand vous partez avec un autre couple.

Pros: Большая квартира в 10 минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Было все необходимое для жизни: кондиционеры, стиральная машина, посуда, кофемашина, чайник. Большая веранда с видом на город.
