Pros: Great location. Host was super friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and tidy and had all the facilities we needed. Close to train station.

Good Spot for Exploring Nice and Riviera — Small but Well-Located

Pros: The location is ideal for exploring Nice and the Riviera — just a short walk to the Old Town, the Promenade, the tram to the airport, and the main train station.

Cons: The apartment is on the smaller side, so if you plan to spend a lot of time indoors, it might feel a bit cramped — but we were out exploring most of the time, so it suited us perfectly.

Pros: Great value for backpackers or a younger couple on a budget who want to do a bit of self catering. Everything (shower, stove, fridge, TV etc) worked fine. The apartment was fairly basic but clean. Air-con/heating was effective. The host was very helpful and responsive. Great location 5-10 mins from tram stop from the airport, 5-10 mins to the beach and a pleasant 10-15 mins stroll to the shops or the old town.

Cons: Slight smell of drains intermittently - not uncommon in older French apartment buildings. The bed platform mezzanine has a really steep staircase with no banister and the headroom is only 1-1.2m. A bit of noise from neighbouring apartments but not too loud and not late at night.

Ich komme wieder!

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in einer Nebenstraße gelegen, aber dennoch ruhig, ohne Lärm. Alles war sauber und die Einrichtungen entsprachen genau den Fotos. Es waren alle Utensilien zum Kochen vorhanden. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der stets schnellen und zuverlässigen E-Mail-Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der Unterkunft.

Cons: alles gut.

Pros: Příjemné studio blízko moře i centra. Čisté a klidné v blízkosti supermarketu. Balkonek byl naprosto skvělý.

Pros: A szállás jól felszerelt, tiszta, a szállásadó előzetesen minden információt megadott.

Cons: Az alsó szinten az ágy alvásra sajnos használhatatlannak bizonyult, nagyon kényelmetlen volt. A fürdőszoba meglehetősen kicsi, de szépen berendezett.

Nett für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Pros: Das ruhige Viertel ist schön und es gibt in der Nähe kleine Supermärkte, einen Bäcker und Zugang zur Tram, zu Fuß ist man in ca 20 Minuten auch an der Promenade. Das Apartment ist klein, aber gut durchdacht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation schnell und effektiv!

Cons: Ich kann das Apartment leider nicht für Leichtschläfer empfehlen. Es ist absolut hellhörig zu den Nachbarn, der Straße und Hausflur. Zudem überträgt sich nachbarschaftliche Bewegung auf den Boden, so dass das Bett nachts erschüttert wird..
