Ideal location for exploring all that Nice has to offer.

Pros: The apartment itself was excellent – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a great stay. The air conditioning worked very well, and the amenities made it convenient, especially for families. The location was also a big plus, with shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. Communication with the host was very good throughout the booking process and during the stay. I would recommend this apartment.

Pros: The host was really excellent, he helped us with additional information. As soon as we called, he answered. The accommodation has a beautiful location, simple, nice, and clean

Cons: Well, I have to say that besides all the good things, there were really just a few small details, which didn’t bother us but might be useful for others (there are quite a lot of mosquitoes on the terrace, the air conditioner makes a sound in every room every 10 minutes, the kitchen equipment is average, the TV didn’t work, and the bathroom is smaller than it looks in the picture)

We found Laurent’s apartment to be comfortable, charming and convenient!

Pros: Les Orangers was comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with the benefit of a spacious and charming terrace. It is in a very convenient position from which to explore both Nice and the surrounding area as the station and tram system are a short walk away. There are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants close by.

Pros: I had a very pleasant trip. our accommodation in that stylish & clean apartment with a charming patio with orange trees was one of a big advantages of that trip . great location, all important places in Nice are within walking distance. Very friendly and helpful host!

Fabulous and peaceful place in the heart of Nice!

Pros: Laurent’s place is spacious and comfortable with all we needed for a lovely family stay. The air conditioning was much appreciated! It’s a quick walk to the beach and the supermarket and everything we wanted to see. Laurent was very attentive and helpful, great property!

Cons: No criticism, but there were breakable objects, which we had to move out of our toddler’s reach!

Un séjour agréable comme à la maison

Pros: L'appartement est très bien situé : la gare Nice Ville est à 5 minutes à pied, la promenade des Anglais à 7-8 minutes, la station de tram Alsace-Lauraine à 5 minutes à pied, ce qui est très pratique si on arrive de l'aéroport, et beaucoup de commerces à proximité. Laurent est un hôte très réactif et arrangeant. Merci encore ! L'appartement est spacieux pour 5-6 personnes max, très propre, très bien aménagé et décoré. Il y a suffisamment d'équipements pour être confortable et autonome. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et retenons cette adresse pour éventuellement y revenir et/ou la recommander à nos amis.

Cons: Le petit salon (fauteuil, canapé et table basse) sur la terrasse est peut-être à renouveler dans un futur proche. L'appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée et peut paraître un peu sombre, mais je pense qu'en été c'est très appréciable de profiter de sa fraicheur. Sinon RAS.

Pros: The apartment is spacious and comfortable, located not far from public transportation. There’s a supermarket nearby which is very convenient. The host is really nice — responsive, helpful, and allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Séjour très agréable

Pros: L’emplacement excellent proche de la mer et de la gare : on a pu visiter la côte d’azur aisément. Appartement spacieux avec une jolie terrasse, cuisine très bien équipé avec toutes les commodités. Quartier très agréable. On a adoré notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Pros: Тераса є найбільшою перевагою цього мешкання. Велика, під апельсиновими деревами, є стіл, крісла, гамак. Дуже приємно в тіні відпочивати, спілкуватись. В мешканню є все необхідне- кухонні прилади, пралка. В кожній кімнаті кондиціонер. Власник надіслав всю необхідну інформацію на мейла для заселення та потім для виселення. Все дуже зручно. Локалізація добра, всюди близько.

Pros: Sie war für unsere Grund der Reise: Formel 1 in Monaco perfekt. Vorab war der Kontakt sehr nett und es hat alles super mit der Zusendung der Codes geklappt.

Cons: Es war ein bisschen hellhörig.
