A comforting bolthole.

Pros: Location was convenient to everywhere. The management team were responsive. It was quiet. Great to have a lift.

We had an excellent stay in the apartment. Very good facilities, modern apartment and a nice balcony

Pros: Good area, as central as can be and very close to Promenade des Anglalis and Place Massena. The apartment is nice with proper AC, comfortable bed and quiet at night although as central as can be in Nice. The hosts were very service-minded and let us leave our luggage at the office because we were a couple of hours early. When we left for home, they helped us with a taxi and so on. Quick and polite.

Great apartment & location

Pros: Excellent location. Quiet apartment. Good shower. Comfortable bed.

Cons: Nothing really. The plug in the kitchen sink didn’t work but that was very minor. Loved the apartment.

The perfect holiday home in the heart of Nice

Pros: There are 3 main reasons to consider this apartment as perfect for a stay in Nice: (1) the central location, in proximity of the beach, local transportation and shopping area, (2) the interior, with state-of-the art equipment, comfortable bed and tasteful decoration, (3) the hosting team, super supportive, quickly reacting and always available.

Cons: Just a suggestion: Assure future clients that in case of a late arrival, although you cannot be reached by phone after working hours, you are nonetheless instantly reachable via the Booking App, as you really were for us.

Relaxing vacation in beautiful Nice

Pros: Excellent location in the heart of Nice on a pedestrian street close to the sea and dozens of restaurants just outside the building and a grocery store nearby. Yet the apartment is very quiet as the windows and balcony are towards a small courtyard. The apartment is well equipped. The owners responded quickly and communication was easy, also via WhatsApp.

Excellently located compact apartment.

Pros: Location excellent. Very quiet despite its closeness to a busy street. Easy walk to the sea. Property clean and, while compact, enough space for the two of us. Bed comfortable. Enjoyed the bottle of wine that greeted us on arrival!

Cons: Nothing much.

Comfortable stay in a great location

Pros: Comfortable stay in a great location. The apartment was as advertised. It was clean, comfortable and quite despite being located in a central location. Pretty much everything we needed was nearby (i.e. beach clubs, restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, etc.). The hosts were responsive and helpful. Would totally recommend!

Cons: Nothing about the apartment or hosts, but the building itself was untidy. There were a lot of IKEA packages in front of the apartment which made the entry difficult. Also there were loose wires and an elevator that was small and made weird noises, which felt a bit unsafe but overall the apartment was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Amazing location in a busy area, yet still very quiet inside. Comfortable, good air conditioning, and hosts were very communicative.

A cozy apartment in the pedestrian zone of Nice

Pros: This is a well equipped, nicely decorated and luminous apartment, located in the pedestrian area of Nice. Sea, shops and restaurants are minutes away from the flat. Easy access from and to the airport by Tram 2, and walking distance to the train station.

Cons: We really had problems to open the key box to return the keys when leaving, and almost lost our plane becuase of that. So, make sure to check again the key box code with the hosts before leaving, because it might not be the same as when you arrived and everything went smoothly.

Really enjoyable, the apartment had everything we needed.

Pros: Very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and pleasant decor. Bed was very comfortable and was great to have a washing machine. Great location.

Cons: Liked everything.
