Pros: The apartment was clean and according to the description. The neighbors were nice. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. Communication with the owner was smooth. The location was good, short walk to the city center and train station. Everything went well, no complaints. I recommend 👍🏻.

The best location.

Pros: The location was pretty good! You could easily go to the tourist spots by just walking. It wasn't noisy too, so you could really take a good rest after having a long day. The host was also so nice! He gave us clear instructions and sends us messages to make sure that we were comfortable in the apartment.

Cons: nothing.

Pros: I loved the location, it was close to everything, a great walk towards the main area of nice! The wash machine was a bonus! The mirror in the bathroom was great!

Cons: All that was lacking was an aircon!

Really nice and comfy stay!

Pros: It was really cute and clean! there was enough cutlery and plates and the shower etc worked perfectly

Cons: Although it’s not a big issue, it does get really hot inside at night and the ventilator there is is really loud, which makes it kinda hard to fall asleep but it’s no big deal :)

Pros: Het appartement was erg schoon. Alle beschreven faciliteiten waren aanwezig. De eigenaar is erg aardig, behulpzaam en had goede aanraders voor leuke stranden en restaurantjes.

Nettes kleines Apartment für Stadtaufenthalt.

Pros: sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Funktionelle Ausstattung. in the Nähe von Libération Tram HalteStelle und daher an Stadtmitte.

Cons: Die Töpfe und Pfanne waren ausgenutzt und nicht sauber. Es gab keine Wasserkocher. Ein allgemeines Problem in Nizza: die Drainage im Badezimmer stank öfter wenn nicht benutzt.

Pros: Sehr freundlicher und sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, sehr gut erreichbar, sehr flexibel bei der Check-in Zeit und sehr unkomplizierter Check-out. Wohnung liegt in gutem Stadtviertel und ist nur 5 min von der Straßenbahn entfernt. Wohnung ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Betten und Schlafsofa sind bequem. Ausstattung ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Küche haben wir bis auf den Kühlschrank nicht benutzt. Kühlschrank ist sehr gut. Ein Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof. Auf dem Balkon stehen ein kleiner Tisch mit Stühlen und ein ausklappbarer Wäscheständer (sehr praktisch zum Trocknen der Hand-/Duschtücher). Fenster sind ausreichend schall- und wärmegedämmt. Insgesamt eher kleines, modernes und attraktives Apartment. Merci beaucoup!

Cons: Es gibt nichts zu erwähnen.
