미흡한 시설이 있지만 전체적으로 쾌적해서 다시 방문할 의향은 있습니다.

Pros: 방까지 가려면 계단을 15개 정도 올라야 하지만, 건강한 성인이라면 캐리어를 끌고 오르는 게 크게 어렵지는 않습니다. 기본적인 시설은 다 갖춰져 있습니다. 소파가 있고, 탁자도 2개 있으며, 여분의 의자도 있고, 침대가 2개 있고, 에어컨이 있고, 빨래건조대, 청소기, 옷걸이, 식기류와 조리도구가 있다는 것이 마음에 듭니다. 중요한 건 컵과 수저 등의 식기류가 충분했고, 침대가 문제없이 매우 푹신하며, 수도시설과 에어컨이 잘 작동된다는 것이겠죠. 에어컨이 거실에 한 대 설치되어 있어서 침대까지 바람이 닿지 않습니다만 에어컨을 세게 틀면 해결되어서 문제는 없었습니다. 주인과의 연락은 빠르게 되는 편입니다. 녹색 현관문이 닫혀서 곤란해졌을 때, 그는 신속하게 확인하고 그저 현관문이 녹슬어서 힘을 세게 주어야 열린다는 것을 알려주었습니다. 다음에 이곳에 묵는 분들께 참고가 되길 바랍니다.

Cons: 시설의 상태가 부족한 점이 있었습니다. 특히 소파의 지지대가 불안정해 앉을 때마다 불안했고, 폭삭 주저앉아 버리는 일도 있었습니다. 칼과 가위의 날이 무디고, 도마는 심하게 마모되어 쓸 수가 없고, 수세미도 낡았으며, 후라이팬의 코팅도 많이 벗겨져 있었습니다. 개인적으로는, 전신 거울이 없다는 게 아쉬웠습니다.
