Pros: It’s a small apartment but enough for three people. The location was good, just 15 minutes from beach. There is terrace, kitchen and big plus is air conditioning.

Cons: From the air conditioning is leaking water almost all the time. I put big pot under it and it was full in 4 hours.

Great value for short stay .

Pros: It was clean. It had the staples for short stay. Good location just outside centre nice and easy transport links. Good supermarkets and bakery close by. Lovely roof terrace for breakfast and drinks in evening. Very hot but a fan and air conditioning was very helpful. The owner had prompt and helpful communication. Amazing value for Nice..

Cons: For the money it was very good. The shower was good but need to be careful using.

bon emplacement !

Pros: la petite terrasse est appréciable car le logement n'est pas bien grand. le studio était propre. bien situé près de la gare dans un quartier calme.

Cons: la salle de bain avec WC...un peu exigu. le chien du voisin qui aboyait tout le temps même la nuit...Pas top pour bien se reposer. mais pour ça le propriétaire n'y ai pour rien.

Pros: Check in facile, pulito, biancheria fornita, buona posizione , ma servono i mezzi per arrivare in centro e i parcheggi sono costosissimi

Cons: Difficilissimo trovare parcheggio. Per tre persone è troppo piccolo, non c'è un armadio né posto per le valigie, abbiamo dovuto metterle nel terrazzo. Perfetto per due
