Pros: The quirks of this apartment are clearly indicated so I was prepared for the toilet and shower. Well equipped, clean, and the shower is to a very nice standard. Location was perfect for us and a very easy and clear check in and out.
Cons: Narrow stairs to the loft bed. The narrow toilet.

Had a very lovely stay in this flat for 4 nights, would consider this again if we ever go back to Nice!
Pros: Great location - close to the beach, very helpful owner with great communication, lovely flat, and very useful to have a washing machine!
Cons: Not a big deal but the toilet is very narrow.

Pros: The location is very good. Everything is close: old city, train station, promenade. The owner is very kind and sweet. Besides bathroom, everything is comfortable and functional.
Cons: There is no separate room for bathroom. When you enter the hall, on the right side is shower, and on the left side is wc. Both is very small. I didn't care, but it could be an issue for taller and bigger people than me.

Well-planned and cozy space
Pros: Everything was great! The apartment was clean and cozy, with lots of small touches that made the stay comfortable (like decaf coffee, comfy mattresses, a dishwasher, etc.). Everything matched the photos. There were no reviews when I made my booking, so I was a bit stressed, but everything went well. The host was friendly and responsive. We would come again.
Cons: The shower in the corridor was an unusual experience, but we do not complain :)

All you need in a cozy , thoughtful studio .
Pros: The studio is tiny but has everything you need! It’s super convenient, central, practical and with attention to detail. The bed is super comfortable, the furniture is nice, you can tell it was thoughtfully designed and by a women who knows what you need ;) . Check-in is easy, WiFi super and the host very sweet. I have already recommended this to other friends and colleagues . There are also a lot of nice cafes and restaurants around.
Cons: The park outside js a little bit loud at night and in the mornings , but that’s what it is when you live in the city and central. Watch out with the stairs to the bed, I was totally fine but they might be challenging for kids for example.

Pros: 공항 오갈 때 빼고는 대중교통 탈 일 없었을 정도로 위치가 도심 가까이에 있고 웬만한 곳은 다 도보로 이동 가능했어요. 조리도구와 간단한 조미료, 식기세척기와 세탁 세제까지 구비되어 있어서 여러 물건들을 추가 구매할 필요가 없다는 점이 만족스러웠어요. 침실과 주방 및 거실이 분리되어 있고 침대와 소파가 별개라 더 좋았습니다.
Cons: 욕실이 간이 욕실처럼 커튼 하나 쳐져 있는데 아무리 조심해도 신발장/현관까지 물이 튈 수 밖에 없는 구조였어요. 이것 빼곤 다 만족합니다.

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko dworca pociągowego pokarmu sklepów i głównej ulicy . Sam apartament przy bazylice w bocznej uliczce. Cicho a łóżko choć na antresoli bardzo wygodne
Cons: Mi nic mojemu partnerowi wielkość toalety ale jest co zwiedzać nie ma tam co siedzieć 😋

Отличный вариант для соло-путешественника или пары за свои деньги
Pros: Прекрасное месторасположение - вокзал всего в 5 минутах ходьбы, а Английская набережная - в 15 минутах. В пешей доступности множестов ресторанов и магазинов.
Cons: Мне всё понравилось. Только вот надо учитывать, что карабкаться на антресоли на кровать не так-то просто. Если вы употребили слишком много прекрасного французского вина, то даже не стоит это делать )
