Superb. We couldn't have asked for more during our 4 night stay as it was absolutely perfect.

Pros: For its size the apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed. The host Gilda was very friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to communicate with her.

Pros: Great location, superb view, nice balcony, all the utilites you need in the accomodation, friendly host.

Cons: The bed and pillows were not that comfortable. The door was making noise every time there was a draft. Across the street there is a beach club, nice but in the summer you can hear the music inside, althought the accomodation is at the boulevard the soundproof is just fine.

Pros: Location is perfect for getting around Nice and the view is spectacular. Apartment is clean and comes with lots of little touches that I really appreciated.

Excellent stay. Beware however of tram inspectors who will fine you unfairly!!

Pros: Fantastic little apartment close to tram and beach across the road. Good balcony’ and fab view. Hosts are extremely helpful before and during your stay and provide excellent info on travel /dining etc

Pros: Excellent location for travel into the city and along the coast. Modern decor, the view and the little extras are a bonus

Cons: Only initial downside was the lack of space in the bedroom, but soon adjusted and overcame.

Pros: Stunning view from the balcony of the Mediterranean. Very close to tram and bus stops

Cons: The building was not very sound proof, noise from the other apartments during the night was often very loud.

Pros: I realy liked the hospitality, the sea view, tha long walking area(Promenade) accros the street, the good conection to the airport and center of the city, the equipment in the apartment. The host is more than available for all you need before and during the stay. Big thank you Philippe.

Perfect stay in Nice!

Pros: Everything! Perfect location, close to the beach, grocery store, bakery, anything and everything you need. Apt was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our Europe trip, we were able to cook and do laundry, which was perfect during our 2 week Europe trip. Hosts were accommodating and helpful! We are sad to leave but are planning on coming back and staying at this location again!
