La Providence

Pros: Big flat with balcony. Rental station for bikes across the street

Cons: More than 1km far from promenade, a bit far from centre that we expected. Coffee machine available, you have to buy capsules. There is 1 toilet and 1 bathroom, we have been group of 7 women, so allways busy :) a bit harder communication with owner in english, but translator solved everything. You have to be prepared to provide 500€ deposit cash…

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille pour participer au carnaval de Nice.

Pros: Appartement spacieux, bien situé très proche d'un supermarché, d'une boulangerie et d'arrêts de bus. Garage pour une voiture en sous sol ( à demander à Ella) N'hésitez pas à l'utiliser car le stationnement payant dans la rue est cher et les places sont rares. Très bon contact avec notre hôte Ella.

Spacious

Pros: The property, very spacious and clean. Worked out great for me and my group of friends after a long flight. I liked the spacious kitchen and the supermarket very close to the property.

Cons: Finding parking was very hard, the parking spaces were very tiny and dark, straight out of a horror movie haha. I was visiting from the US and not used to the super tiny parking spaces. The area was not super close to the night life and restaurants, didn't feel very safe.

Pros: L’appartement est spacieux, bien agencé, complètement équipé, pour six adultes et deux enfants, c’est parfait. Madame Ella est très avenante, serviable, je lui mets une mention spéciale ☺️

Pros: L'appartamento ha superato ogni aspettative, e stupendo, ci tornerò securo, i proprietari Congolesi gentilissimi precisamente il figlio e disponibile per tutto

Pros: Rất hài lòng, căn hộ sạch sẽ, nhận phòng dễ dàng, căn hộ đủ tiện nghi

Pros: Bardzo miła i pomocna Pani właścicielka ;) wszędzie jest blisko.

Cons: wczesna godzina wymeldowania, ale dzięki uprzejmości właścicielki, mogliśmy pozostawić bagaże i spędzić jeszcze kilka godzin na plaży/ w mieście ;)

Très bon séjour, très bonne expérience et très beau carnaval et super retrouvailles avec notre fille

Pros: Spacieux, clair, confortable et les propriétaires étaient très sympathique dommage que nous ne nous soyons pas rencontré physiquement mais que par téléphone.

Super mooi, fijn, schoon appartement met een perfecte locatie en hele aardige eigenaren!

Pros: Het beste vonden we de hygiëne. Het was allemaal zo schoon en mooi opgemaakt! Ook waren de verhuurders erg lief, de zonen hielpen ons met alles en konden zelfs hun parkeerplaats aan ons kwijt voor n nachtje. Ook is echt super dichtbij de supermarkt en het strand van Nice.

Cons: Er was geen parkeerplaats, maar de eigenaren konden wel wat voor ons regelen, dit was erg fijn. De eigenaresse zelf kon niet zo goed engels, met mijn frans kwamen we er wel uit. De zonen spraken wel uitstekend engels, zo werd heel makkelijk.

Parfaitement ce que nous souhaitions

Pros: Nous voulions un logement en centre ville pour passer le réveillon de Noël à 6 personnes et La Providence a parfaitement répondu à ce souhait.

Cons: Il n'y a rien de particulier à reprocher à cet appartement, compte tenu de sa taille, localisation et prix.
