Modern apartment

Pros: Great stay! The apartment is recently renovated, super comfy, nicely decorated, and has everything you need. Self check-in was easy. Even though there are two independent apartments on the property, privacy wasn’t an issue at all. The host was really friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient, right by the tram and close to a hospital parking lot that’s affordable. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: It was an amazing stay in Nice. The apartment was very clean and beautiful. Everything was new bathroom, kitchen and the bedrooms. It was a very relaxing vacation. And everything was nearby. So it is a very recommended place to stay. And the host was great and really responsive

Pros: Nice Appartment, new furniture, very clean, nice balkony for relaxing.!! The owners were very kind. The bus station for the center was very near and we arrived in a few minutes. I recommend it!! It had everything to prepare a meal

Pros: Nos encantó nuestra estancia en este apartamento. Está muy bien ubicado, a solo unos pasos del tranvía, lo que facilitó mucho la movilidad. El lugar estaba impecable y tenía todo lo necesario. El anfitrión fue muy atento y amable en todo momento. ¡Lo recomiendo al 100%!

Overall, truly nice apartment and an exceptionally helpful host!

Pros: super nice host. very comfortable and very quiet apartment (rare in this city!). everything is new and clean. fancy bathroom. lovely balcony. beautiful view. easy access to the city via tram.

Cons: although indeed it's an easy tram ride from the city center, the apartment is in a neighborhood where not everyone would feel comfortable when it's dark. polyester sheets - again, not to everyone's liking

Jó ár/érték arányú kis lakás, ahonnan könnyen fel lehet fedezni a várost.

Pros: Nehány perc sétára a villamos végállomásától egy rendezett társasházban. A tulaj extrém mód készséges volt, minden infó megvolt az érkezéshez. Tiszta és rendezett lakás, alap felszereltséggel.

Cons: A konyhafelszerelést még lehetne fejleszteni.

Pros: La climatisation fut une agréable surprise. La douche était superbe. Deux indispensables pour l'été qui ont rendu notre court séjour très appréciable. Tout le matériel nécessaire était à disposition. Merci pour ce séjour. .

Mejor opción calidad precio en Niza con mucha diferencia

Pros: El apartamento, que en realidad son dos, es una maravilla. Situado en una urbanización muy tranquila, en un barrio con servicios como panaderías, tiendas, etc... El metro está a dos minutos a pie. La zona es tranquila y silenciosa, y aparcar no es difícil a pesar de ser concurrido. Los muebles del apartamento están NUEVOS, y todo muy limpio y cómodo. Nos dejó hasta la merienda preparada a nuestra llegada!!! El anfitrión, Guillermo, es un encanto. Nos ayudó en la llegada al barrio, en la búsqueda de aparcamiento el primer día y nos recomendó sitios que visitar, playas tranquilas y casi todo lo que se nos ocurrió preguntarle nos lo solventó... Es una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido a la hora de alojarme en una ciudad extranjera. El precio es estupendo, ya que no debemos olvidar que nos alojamos 9 personas 3 noches

Cons: Sólo nos faltó una sartén antiadherente, pero imagino que el anterior visitante la rayó al usarla y el anfitrión no lo ha visto. Por lo demás, todo nos encantó

Pros: Рядом остановка трамвая, хороший балкончик, закрытая территория. Есть кондиционеры

Cons: В принципе все устроило)
