Superbe appartement carré Delfino Port de Nice

SUPERCLEAN APART, NEW EQUIPMENT, WALKABLE TO CENTER, EASY TO CHECK IN.

Pros: Our family was more than satisfied. Apartment was Superclean including all details and corners. Comfortable beds, soft towels, all possible equipments in the kitchen - much higher level than at standard rented aparts. With 6 people we have fit very well, everything looks new and well maintained. Very nice and attentive host. Location is walkable to old town, tram to airport and bus or tram to Monaco or even towards Italy. Big supermarket nearby.

Cons: I wish we stayed longer.

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment. Everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The apartment is modern, new, and beautifully maintained, with a very high level of cleanliness that made us feel immediately comfortable. The location is excellent—perfectly situated for exploring Nice, with easy access to shops, restaurants, the beach, and public transport, while still being peaceful and pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nice. Overall a nice place to stay in Nice. Clean, comfy and great location.

Pros: The Flat was super clean and it seems like it was renewed recently. The host was kind enough to let us leave our luggage in the flat before the agreed check in time and then leave so they could finish cleaning and prepping the flat for all of us. The host was also quick to reply to all messages and overall very receptive. The flat has AC in every room and the living room too, which is amazing. There is a Carrefour on the other side of the street which is very convenient, but you also have many small fast food and regular restaurants nearby. The tram station is just a few minutes walk, and if you plan to attend to an event at the Palais des expositions like we did, it’s hard to beat this location.

Cons: Hot water stopped working the first night. It was very late so we couldn’t really ask for help. The issue magically solved on its own by the time we woke up though 🤷🏻‍♂️

Perfect place to stay

Pros: The apartment is ideally located in a central area, close to a shopping center and just steps away from bus and tram stops. It is clean, modern, and comfortable, making it the perfect base for exploring the beautiful city of Nice.

Great apartment in Nice

Pros: The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay to be comfortable. We could get to the old city or the port in just a few minutes walk and there were supermarkets and bakeries close by. The hosts were really nice people that answered our questions promptly. Overall a great stay and we would gladly stay again.

Pros: The location is good, next to a large supermarket, the tram stop is nearby, the train station is also nearby

Cons: Wider beds would be preferable, they are too small for two

Pros: The location was great, parking, very clean and spacious! Had everything we needed, iron, hair dryer etc.. good cooking and cleaning facilities too.

Pros: Spacious, modern, very well appointed. Garden area, parking 🅿️ on site and quality crockery, cutlery and kitchen appliances. Close to shopping center, port and railway station for Monaco.

Cons: Sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on due to firmness. Road outside could be noisy.

Fantastic stay in Nice

Pros: The appartment is much bigger than on the photos. The neibourhood is silent, bed are comfy, pillows are fantastic. Is very close to city center and also close to train station. Owner is available for any of your question and full of suggestion. We enjoyed a lot!

Cons: Nothing!
