Brand new flat with terrace and parc view

Pros: Clean and new apartment, easy location to commute (train and tram stops close) or walk around the city.

Pros: I liked that the apartment was very clean and modern, with new, high-quality appliances, a very spacious bathroom, and bright rooms offering a wide view of the hills. My family appreciated that Netflix was set to Romanian. We were also only a 10-minute walk from the port, and on the ground floor of the building there is a bakery with very, very good products. The smell of croissants and pain au chocolat even reaches the balcony - a truly great scent. And the host- Elena- was very, very friendly.

Cons: I liked everything and I would certainly comeback.

Pros: I liked the apartment, it's modern, spacious, and comfortable. Good location. There is a big supermarket nearby and a good children's playground.

Pros: Appartamento pulitissimo, accogliente e luminoso…posizione comodissima, vicino a tutti i tipi di servizio! Super consigliato!

Pros: L'appartement est moderne, propre, confortable, spacieux et bien agencé, nous étions 3 adultes et 1 enfant pour 4 nuits. La climatisation et la terrasse sont très positifs. Plusieurs commerces à proximité. A 20 minutes à pied du port de Nice et à 25 minutes de la promenade des anglais. Très bons échanges avec la propriétaire qui a été réactive sur nos interrogations par rapport à la réservation d'une place de parking. Si possibilité il y a, nous réserverons l'appartement une nouvelle fois sans hésiter.

Pros: 非常棒的小屋，是一套全新的公寓位置在市区的中心，去哪里都很近，重点是可以自助check in，房东非常好沟通，这趟旅程中这间小屋是我在欧洲住过最舒服、干净的房子，交通也非常方便，没有之一。房东很有边界感，并且非常helpful！！！如果我回nice我还会选择这里！

A proximité du Vieux port, appartement moderne et bien équipé pour un séjour d'une semaine

Pros: L'immeuble vient d'être construit. L'arrivée s'est faite très facilement. L'appartement est très moderne, bien équipé et parfaitement propre. Tout est parfait pour passer un séjour d'une semaine ou plus. De plus, l'emplacement est idéal : à 10 minutes à pied du Vieux Port, à 5 minutes du tram pour aller dans le centre, à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la ligne de train vers la frontière italienne.

Great location to be around the port and the promenade

Pros: The location of the apartment was perfect for us. We were traveling with a 1,5 years old, and we could easily get to everywhere. Promenade, port, the big park in the center are all within walking distance. If wanted, the trams are also close by. There is a pastry shop next door as well which is super delicious. Overall we could hardly hear neighbours, but the street is a bit busy, and trash collection is happening during the night, just under the balcony. Not a big deal, our son slept through it all the time :)

Cons: The whole grounding is stone, so more carpets would be beneficial, since the floor is too cold. We were lucky to pack our slippers. The flat collects dust a bit too quickly, but it could be due to the fact the building is pretty new and there are still works happening here and there. The bed is a bit on the shorter end, and was not too comfortable for me (183cm 85kg male). The pillows were way too soft, so they were not giving hardly enough support. There is no extra layering/mattress for the crib, and our son is used to sleep with a firm mattress on a travel crib (it could be a cultural thing though, but noting here nonetheless). Fortunately he could still sleep enough.
