Good apartment with everything you need for a good stay.

Pros: Checking in is simple, and the sofa bed is quite comfortable. The cleanliness may not be up to hotel standards, but it’s neat and fresh. The main advantage is that we can park the car for free right in front, which is really nice

Pros: A very quiet apartment, conveniently located close to everything. There are plenty of free parking spots nearby, which is quite rare in Nice. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Pros: Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung! Die Lage ist perfekt, man erreicht die Innenstadt bequem zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und verfügt über eine neue Klimaanlage – sehr angenehm zum Wohnen. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze, was super praktisch ist. Der Host war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar Waschmittel zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass wir während unserer Reise unsere Wäsche problemlos waschen konnten. Insgesamt ein hervorragender Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!
