Pros: Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of fresh options. The room was beautiful and very clean. Perfect location, right by the sea and in the center of everything. Parking available right in front of the property (February)

Could not find any faults, we had a wonderful time.

Pros: Breakfast, location, room all very good. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The Christmas decorations and Santa Claus were a festive treat.

Pros: Outstanding comfort and service - very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was superlative - best meal of the week in Nice region

Modern nice comfortable place next to the sea

Pros: I don't understand why they have such bad reviews. Everything was fine there. Absolutely extraordinary receptionists! Pascal was very helpful, funny, and willing to help. Amazing breakfasts! Very close to the sea. Parking places for motorbikes in front of the hotel. Love it there!

Pros: The location is fantastic: you can be on the beach in three minutes. You can swim at any time - whether at 7am or 10pm - it's just perfect. The friendliness of the staff deserves special mention: Mademoiselle Sonia and Monsieur Pascal made our holiday a special experience. Thank you very much!

Relaxing holiday on the esplanade with a balcony view

Pros: Fantastic view and location, very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Would specifically book room 37 again. Hotel and grounds were lovingly landscaped (butterflies and flowers). The whole town area is undergoing natural regeneration of its waterways and parks. Staff very busy, but professional and helpful. Cagnes sur Mer is a great location to travel out to Antibes, Nice, St Paul de Vence, and Grasse, all conveniently via train and bus routes. It's also a super-chilled area to relax: walk, swim, dine, and shop. Great markets near St Pierre Chapel.

Cons: Fascilities - the rooftop restaurant/bar was closed, and there were lobby refurbishments at the time. This is a shame, as the rooftop bar/dining is a big selling point, but the hotel listing was clear about the period when it would be closed.
