Sea & City View

Pros: We stayed for 6 nights as a family of four (with two kids) and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and well maintained. The city and sea view from the apartment is absolutely stunning and a real highlight of our stay. Located in a residential society, the place is very quiet and peaceful—perfect for families. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully functional, and having a washing machine and dishwasher was extremely convenient. A special mention for families with children: there are plenty of toys and games available, which kept our kids happily engaged.

Cons: There were a few issues worth mentioning during our stay: The kitchen chimney was not working. Hot water required restarting the heating system frequently, which was quite inconvenient—especially when you’re waiting in a towel for the water to heat up 😀 This may simply have been our bad luck, and I don’t want to blame the property for it. To their credit, the host acknowledged the issues and genuinely tried to support us. A few additional points that are not under the property owner’s control but are good to be aware of: Public transport connectivity from the nearest bus stop is quite limited. For better connections, you need to walk about 800–900 meters, including around 300 meters of a steep incline. Walking this distance at night (around 9–10 PM) with family (wife and kids) felt unsafe due to the presence of many homeless people along the route. Because of these factors, we preferred using our car even for local travel

Great location and Excellent View.

Pros: Amazing location and Balcony View. The apartment is very spacious, clean, had everything we needed.

Cons: We had an issue accessing the Wi-Fi, the password didn't work. I raised the issue straight away and was advised this would be looked into but then never heard back. No Internet access is annoying and costly buying extra data but other than that we had an amazing stay. The blinds were a little damaged so we didn't try use them.

Pros: Everything was perfect, owners are very nice and they paid attention to every detail

Pros: Superbe vue. Appartement très beau et très fonctionnel.

Cons: Il manque une louche pour servir la soupe. Le chauffe-eau était éteint => je m'en suis aperçu dans la douche. J'ai dû sortir de la douche, me rhabiller, pour chercher comment l'allumer. Une prise fonctionnelle dans le garage aurait été un plus pour charger la voiture électrique car c'est très compliqué dans le quartier de recharger une voiture (j'ai passé la matinée entière à trouver une borne libre et fonctionnelle), quitte à payer en plus ce chargement...

Pros: L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. La localisation est pratique.

Cons: Digne d'un escape game, les instructions pour récupérer la clé dans une boîte planquée derrière une voiture.... Le box en sous sol est minuscule. J'ai passé 15 minutes à manœuvrer pour finalement ne pas réussir à rentrer ma voiture en entier (trop longue) et ensuite je ne pouvais même pas sortir de la voiture !!! J'ai passé ensuite 20min à tourner dans le quartier pour finalement garer ma voiture au bord d'un trottoir sans aucune sécurité.

Clean place, excellent view, comfortable stay

Pros: The view was as advertised, it provided an amazing view of the sea and city along with a quiet area to sleep in. Place was clean and well tended to along with supplies provided for the stay. Kitchen was in great condition and bedroom was comfortable as well. Would definitely book here again.

Gut!

Pros: Ich bin mit dem Auto dorthin gefahren. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind praktisch. Das Stadtzentrum ist leicht zu erreichen und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich in der Nähe.

Cons: An der Anlage gibt es nichts auszusetzen Bitte beachten Sie, dass es beim Gang zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle einige Dinge zu beachten gibt. Das Gasthaus liegt auf einem Hügel und in der Nähe gibt es einen Treffpunkt für Obdachlose. Seien Sie also nachts auf den Straßen vorsichtig.

Pros: Čisto i ugodno u mirnom kvartu, ali ne daleko od starog grada. Upute koje smo dobili za pristup stanu i garaži od vlasnika su jako detaljne i korisne :)

Bel appartement pour location.

Pros: La luminosité, la propreté. , l espace ( 55 m carré) , tout à été pensé, il ne manquait rien. Juste le lave linge en panne et l absence d ouvre bouteille ! Sinon tout était parfait . Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout, même le caddie pour les courses, l immeuble étant en haut d une côte.

Pros: Tout va bien. Excellents appartements. Tout est comme dans un hôtel, des serviettes à la cuisine complète. J’ai tout aimé. Magnifiquement situé, la vue est tout simplement magnifique. Parking pour les voitures de classe golf, mais je suis satisfait. S’il y a une opportunité, je reviendrai.
