Great short stay

Pros: Beautifully modern and clean, the owner had really good contact with us for instructions on check in. The apartment was really well equipped and in a great location, just a short walk from Nice Ville train station.

Overall a good value for money with some minor inconvenience.

Pros: The place was at a good location, public transportation was close. It was clean and modern and the host was helpful and friendly.

Cons: The toilet door didn’t lock properly and one of the beds was creaky.

A good choice and stay

Pros: The appartment is spacious, well equipped and clean, situated in a good area. It is very close to the tram stop, within a walking distance to the main train station which is convenient for day trips. It is close to markets and restaurants and within a walking distance to the Promenade and Old Nice.

Sejur linistit si comfortabil.

Pros: Zona linistita, desi un pic cam departe de plaja, dar noi nu am venit pentru asa ceva. Apartamentul renovat, mobilat cu gust si eficient. Bucatarie functionala cu toate dotarile.. Camere spatioase, 2 balcoane, baie excelenta.

Cons: WC-ul este separat de baie, dar foarte aproape, ceea ce poate fi un plus sau un minus. Este un pic incomod.

Pros: Апартаментът е много хубав, чист и удобен, на 3 етаж веднага в ляво на асансьора. Намира се на 2 спирки от гарата, кварталът е тих, има голям магазин в близост. Кухнята е оборудвана с много уреди и посуда. В спалните е добре да има по един стол.

Cons: Вратите на тоалетната и банята са плъзгащи се и не се затварят плътно. Има леко неудобство при използването им.
