Pros: The apartment was very spacious for us as a family.It was very clean and had all utensils you need in the kitchen.

Cons: They did not have a microwave something user friendly when you are on holiday. Additional since their place is great they can add bed linen and towels as well as plastic bags for disposing waste.

Nice and quiet

Pros: Apartment was well equipped Check In and Check Out are very easy

Cons: Bed was too hard for my back No luggage storage

Pros: Good value for money. Nice, simple apartment. Very good clear communication with the owner so no fuss.

Cons: Don't like the idea of having to pay for bed linen and towels. They are basic necessities

In afara de aceste lucruri totul a fost bine

Pros: Everything was clean and new, the location was good, 10 min to Jean Medicine, many supermarkets around

Cons: I did not like at all the thing that the towels, bedsheets were asked to pay separate for them, not even 1 towels included nor bedshit and things…..is not normal, already no one is cleaning the studio, but towels to be asked for separate price / day? Common, as well all those rules send to me like to clean, to throw the garbage, to do this and that, i don’t think is my obligation as a client, i do it cause im raise to be clean but do not demand, is your think to do all the cleaning staff for the next customer.

Pros: Świetne miejsce Bardzo dobra lokalizacja 20 minut spacerem na plażę

Cons: Nikt nie czyści odpływu pod prysznicem(mnóstwo włosów) to powoduje zapachanie odpływu i zalanie łazienki

Estancia muy agradable y cómoda.

Pros: La ubicación, el tranvía estaba muy cerca así como otros buses y la zona no se sentía insegura por la noche, al contrario. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, se nota que estaba todo nuevo y era muy cómodo y detallado.

Cons: Lo único que no me gustó es que no hubiera sábanas incluidas, creo que sería mejor aumentar el precio un poco e incluirlas directamente. Había básicos que faltaban (el jabón de manos estaba casi acabado y creo que podría estar bien comprar jabón para la vajilla, aunque si había pastillas para el lavavajillas), también creo que hubiera estado muy bien tener un trapito o balleta para limpiar un poco en el día a día. Son detalles pequeños, pero por lo demás, estaba todo genial.

Bon appartement mais bien lire toutes les conditions

Pros: Appartement propre, bien situé à 15min de la gare de Nice ville. Lumineux et pratique, lits comfortables. Cuisine équipée. A 4 nous avons été à l'aise.

Cons: Attention bien lire que le linge de maison n'est pas fournit et donc en supplément pour chaque personne ! Au 3ème étage sans ascenceur et non indiqué sur l'annonce donc si personne à difficulté faire attention. Prévoir papier toilette, savon, éponges et tous les autres futilités du quotidien indispensables mais pas présentes.

Pros: Apartamentul arata fix ca în poze, totul foarte curat. Locația este foarte bună.

Cons: Nu mi-a plăcut faptul ca lenjeria și prosoapele nu erau incluse în preț. Dat fiind faptul ca apartamentul este dat în regim hotelier, mi se pare corect sa nu plătesc extra pentru setul de lenjerie.

Pros: Die Lage ist super. Paar Minuten zur Tram-Station. Bahnhof zu Fuß erreichbar. Grosser Supermarkt direkt ums Eck. Modern eingerichtetes Studio mit allem, was man braucht. Bequeme Ausziehcouch zum Schlafen. Klimaanlage war im August Gold wert.

Cons: Hatte mit Balkon gebucht. Das war im ersten Stock aber quasi nur ein Geländer, auf dem maximal ein Stuhl Platz gehabt hätte, den man aber eh nicht nutzen konnte, weil voller Taubendreck. Im 2. Stock sind die Balkone ausreichend für 2 Personen

Pros: Schöne Einrichtung, unkompliziertes check-in, gut zu-Fuss erreichbar, sauber

Cons: Die Ausstattung der Küche war nicht so gut (keine Lappen, Tücher, Müllsäcke, seife...), bettbezüge und Badetücher mussten seperat bezahlt werden, nur eine Rolle wc-Papier für eine Woche
