如果我下次再来尼斯绝对会再次预定这件公寓，超出预期的完美！

Pros: 这间公寓适合双人住宿，公寓内很干净，wifi正常运作，生活用品一应俱全，餐具、微波炉、冰格、锅子、电磁炉（本人没使用）、吹风机、沐浴露洗发水等等都很齐全，房东还贴心地准备了水。地理位置优越，即使靠近马路却十分安静，能让游客好好休息。公寓附近就有L1电车，交通十分方便。房东和房东的父亲非常友好，从始至终与我保持及时的联系，交付房间非常顺利，房间内有详细的入住指南，管理井井有条。

Cons: 唯一可能的缺点是花洒的水压太小，洗头发有些困难。

Pros: Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt günstig: Tram, Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreicht und das Meer nach einem etwas längeren Spaziergang. Die Wohnung ist hell, ruhig, sauber, modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und unkompliziert.

Séjour rendu agréable par la propreté et la situation de l’appartement

Pros: Propreté éclairage isolation accès balcon. L’ensemble du matériel de cuisine et confort en général à disposition. Situation géographique intéressante pour marche, courses, transports en commun et tranquillité.

Cons: Salle de bain un peu à “rafraîchir”. Dimension de la chambre juste suffisante.
