Pros: Great location and great apartment in one of the most beautiful cities.

Definitely a good spot for families who want to go to the beach

Pros: Loved the layout and design, close to tram, and very quiet when going to bed which was great. Also balcony to hold wet clothing, also has great shower pressure

Cons: - check in a little late - many many gnats were already in unit on arrival - getting the key in the door itself was extremely difficult - 1 roll of TP

Very nice and comfort apartment

Pros: Communication is easy and friendly with hostess. The location is very good, near by tram line 2 which connect to city centrum and Nice airport. Nearby there are Aldi and Casino supermarket those open 7 days. The room is quite big and the bed is comfort. The kitchen is with all cooking equipments. The hostess is friendly and helpful. The price is good for single person. It is easier get door key than I thought.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, for 2 person this is excellent! Location is good, this is 10 minutes from Promenade des Anglais. Every morning you could buy fresh pastries from a nearby. The apartment is clean and nice. Very many thanks to Stephanie, who is very helpful and in the apartment she made a book with recommendations where to go and what to do. I recommend this apartment!

Pros: Host was very friendly and kind, the speedy response made me feel staff can trust. There were two bedrooms, the space was huge. We had good time this time. It was my first to visit Europe, it was a good space to me.

Sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Pros: Eine saubere und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit einer sehr freundlichen Vermieterin, die ausführliche und hilfreiche Informationen bereitstellt. Der Weg zum Strand und zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist gut zu bewältigen. Ein Bäcker und ein Supermarkt sind sehr nah. Eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen ist vorhanden. In der Küche sind die grundlegenden Utensilien vorhanden und darüber hinaus sogar eine Spülmaschine.

Cons: Die Wohnungseingangstüre ist zwar massiv, aber nicht sehr schallisoliert. Empfindliche Ohren können die Nachbarn hören, leider auch nachts.

Très agréable séjour dans ce logement spacieux et confortable. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Nice.

Pros: Logement très bien situé pour visiter. Plein de commerces de proximité et restaurants proches du logement. Très proche de la promenade des anglais et proche du tramway qui nous emmène en plein centre ville.

Cons: Malgré du double vitrage, on entend bien le bruit des véhicules dans la rue qui est passante. Mais c’était bien indiqué dans l’annonce. Ça se passe bien avec des bouchons d’oreille.

Bon séjour familial

Pros: Petit appartement cosy, très bien situé, idéal pour 2 adultes et un enfant. Check in bien accompagné et bien détaillé. Petites attentions à l'accueil qui permettent de bien commencer le séjour.

Je recommande vivement.

Pros: Die Lage ist wirklich ideal – nur 6 Minuten vom Strand entfernt! Besonders die Klimaanlage hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, einschließlich einer Bäckerei, sind sehr praktisch.

Cons: Die Wohnung war bei der Anreise leider nicht ganz sauber, da der Staub nicht entfernt wurde.
