Super logement - Mer à 5 min à pieds !

Beautiful apartment and well designed

Pros: Modern, seems like recently renovated and clean. There was coffee, tea, oil, sugar, salt etc. available. Also had plates, cutlery, glasses enough for a huge group of people. You can easily stay there for a week or 2 and cook for yourself, it’s really nice stocked. Location wise it’s little bit far from the city centre, but if your main goal is a beach - it’s walking distance. There is a parking available next to the building, but you have to pay separately for it, it’s not included in the price. Would be nice if it was included. We forgot a phone and Adelin kindly sent it to us the next day by post, it was very nice of her. All in all, it was the best apartment we stayed in on our France trip (among 6 other ones).

Cons: The fact that the parking fee is not included in the apartment price. Probably it’s Nice specifics though.

Enjoyed our stay, very clean.

Pros: Location of property was great and communication with the owner was excellent. They were waiting for us on arrival with the key. Beds could have been a bit more comfortable. Sofa bed in lounge could have been bigger and more comfortable.

Cons: A bit more furniture ie another couch.

Loved our stay here

Pros: Great apartment in Nice which is close to the light rail, supermarkets, restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook. Sofa bed was very comfy for the kids to sleep on. The balcony was a highlight for us, such a nice spot to have a drink and relax after a day of site seeing. We would definitely stay here again!

Cons: Another set of keys would have been helpful

Amazing apartment and hosts

Pros: Amazing apartment! Very clean and beautiful. It has all facilities you need and even more. We did not feel absence of anything. Conditions work properly in every room. The bus stop is 2 steps from apartment. The beach is very close, aproxx 5 minutes by foot. 2 grocery stores are nearby, 3 minutes by foot. The location is great, you can easily be there without a car, everything you need is nearby. Highly recommend this apartment!

Чудовий відпочинок

Pros: Апартаменти повністю відповідали опису. Дві спальні, вітальня - кухня. Великій балкон. На кухні було усе необхідне обладнання та столові прибори у достатній кількості. Дякую попереднім мешканцям за те що залишили сахар та сіль )))) Не довелося бігти покупати. До моря дійсно 5 хвилин. Також поряд проходить трамвайна лінія до центру міста. Заблукати просто неможливо. Поряд декілька магазинів з випічкою та свіжим хлібом. Також поряд магазин Aldi. Дуже поганий, але придбати воду або молоко можливо. Окрема подяка господарю приміщення за його привітність та бажання допомогти. А також за наше раннє заселення о 09:00.

Cons: Шум з вулиці від авто та мотоциклів. Дуже гучно. Довелося спати з зачиненими вікнами.

Repetiría sin dudarlo .

Pros: El piso era muy grande y tenía todo lo necesario. Además el aire acondicionado venía muy bien en esta época de calor . Entramos un poco más tarde de la hora prevista y nos recibieron sin problema . La playa está a unos 10 min aproximadamente, bajando una calle . En esa misma zona tienes varias pastelerías y panaderías .

Pros: Loistavasti varusteltu tilava asunto hyvällä sijainnilla.

Cons: Asunto on vilkkaan kadun varrella ja varsinkin päivällä liikenteen melu on häiritsevää parvekkeella. Onneksi melu ei juurikaan kuulu asuntoon sisälle.

Bon endroit pour profiter de Nice

Pros: Très bien situé, très bien équipé très bonne communication avec la propriétaire, relativement calme avec chambres du côté de la rue beaucoup moins passante. Stores électriques qui permettent de dormir dans le noir.

Cons: Les matelas ne sont pas à la hauteur du reste de l'appartement mais n'empêchent pas de dormir.

Great and the host is very helpful

Pros: The place is very spacious and comfortable. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. The host also offers a private parking spot at the back of the accommodation for an additional fee. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, and plenty of towels were provided for our stay. The living room is cozy and spacious enough for 6 people to hang out comfortably. It felt very homey and welcoming.

Cons: The only downside was that the place has just one bathroom, which lacks proper ventilation and can get quite slippery. Aside from that, everything else was very nice.
