L36 Sea view terrace 10min walking to sea/Parking & AC

Perfect place!

Pros: Perfect location. It take 7-10 minutes for walking to the beach and Promenade de Angles. The flat is clean and comfortable. It has huge terrasse. I will back my next vacation.

Cons: Towels were clean and fresh, but villi from the towel were remaining on the body. Towels were dark and villi were very visible, especially on face. I recommend change towels color or supplier.

Great value for money with this great apartment.

Pros: Beautiful Apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Huge balcony with lovely side view of the ocean. Enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Cons: Finding the keys was a little challenge. The parking remote wasn't working but got sorted out the following day.

Perfect compact well appointed apartment with brilliant seaview balcony

Pros: Great view and huge balcony. The apartment is huge. It's clean and decently equipped. Communication was good and clear, check in was easy even though we didn't meet the host. The entire neighbourhood is pretty nice and quiet, bird song waking you up in the morning.

Cons: The location is not perfect, you have to take the tram/bus everywhere but the beach - to the city centre, the airport and the train station if you want to travel around the Riviera by train. If you want to rent a car, parking does exist both at the property and streetside but it's pretty limited.

Superb apartment with lovely view in great location

Pros: Superb location with distant sea view. Good transport links although walkable into Nice centre and to the airport if used to walking. Slightly elevated location in quiet area.

Pros: The location was amazing, the view from balcony 10/10. The parking and the coziness of the house was great.

Cons: Just we didn’t had proper kitchen tools , but you could buy disposable quite cheap in shops.

Pros: Wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung, der große Balkon und der toller Ausblick Richtung Meer. Wir sind mit den Fahrrädern in 10 Minuten nach Nizza geradelt.

Cons: Es fehlen die Weingläser und das Bett ist mittlerweile ganz schön durchgelegen.
