Relaxing Stay, Wonderful Terrace & Bike Safety

Pros: The host was very accommodating, especially with my bike, which I couldn’t leave on the street. The terrace is the highlight of the apartment, perfect for breakfast or a sunset dinner with views of the surrounding hills. Free parking is available a couple of km uphill; I did it by bike, but there are also buses and e-scooters rent.

Cons: A small interior renovation would bring the house’s potential to the same level as its wonderful terrace

Perfect stay for couple next go the beach

Pros: Terrasse is magnificent. We almost leaved there. Grand with nice view from the 6th floor (elevator). You have neccessary cooking items, big fridge, electric stove, small kettle and microoven. Enough to boil pasta, fry eggs and mix salad. For coffee small Moca. In the room small TV and cooling fun. For sleep a french bed. Bathroom is basic but enough. Next to the entrance is the laundry, nice pizzeria to take away, ALDI $ Casino (better). 10 mins to the tram L2 and a bit more to the beach.

Cons: Deposit 150 euro (no problem to get back), cleaning on departure (unexpected, but reasonable). Cooking sets need to be washed before use.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Pros: J’ai séjourné avec ma fille pendant 5 jours dans cet appartement. Il était très propre, bien équipé et confortable. La terrasse est particulièrement remarquable – spacieuse et très agréable. L’emplacement est parfait : proche de la mer, des commerces alimentaires et des arrêts de transport en commun. La propriétaire était très sympathique et toujours disponible en cas de besoin.

Pros: On a passé un merveilleux séjour.... On avait une réservation pour une semaine mais je voulais pas partir...dans cet appartement je me suis sentie on dirait chez moi et on a prolongé encore notre séjour pour 4 jours 😃 tout est parfait. La terrasse j'ai adoré 😍 Les propriétaires sont très agréables 🤩 merci beaucoup. Je promets de revenir 😁🥰

Pros: La véranda à ciel ouvert offre une vue imprenable sur Nice. Un soir, nous avons pu assister depuis la véranda au feu d'artifice de la Promenade des Anglais. L'appartement est très bien situé, A 10 minutes de la plage et des arrêts de transports en commun. À côté de l'appartement il y a un supermarché et un très bon café avec des gâteaux incroyables
