Pros: Very nice cozy apartment. We really liked it and the host was really nice with communication. Many shops around and food places.It was big enough for 3 adults. Good value of money also 😊 Thank you for hosting us

Well-located 1 bedroom apartment in Nicea! Clean place & friendly host!

Pros: Very nice, clean 1 bedroom apartment with a sleeping sofa and small balcony. The place is very close to the city's main promanade, within 5 minutes walking distance. If you don't like to walk, you can call an Uber. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. Everything was clean, there were many towels waiting for us, hair dryier, coffee & milk. We stayed there only one night but we would be OK to stay a longer. Great place for short stays in Nicea. The host could not store our luggage on the day of our departure (late flight) but recommended super phone app to take care of that.

Cons: It's located on a small street but it was pretty noisy and there was no elevator which may be problematic when you carry heavy luggage (2nd floor). The sofa is super hard :) But I know some like it that way.

Perfetto per il mare e raggiungere il centro

Pros: Pur essendo un appartamento piccolo e’ davvero completo e ben organizzato. Ottima la pulizia - vicino al mare e vicinissimo ai mezzi pubblici. L’host è cordiale, precisa e disponibile: sebbene non abbiamo avuto problemi sapere di poterla contattare ci è stato di conforto. A breve distanza a piedi abbiamo trovato un parcheggio su strada ( a pagamento) e un supermercato ben fornito. Lo consigliamo!

Cons: Per 3 persone l’appartamento è perfetto ma manca una sedia per consumare il pranzo.
