Appartement avec mezzanine

Pros: The apartment is furnished in a great style, just as seen in the pictures, and was well equipped, too. Everything was clean and organised, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was amazing with two sinks and plenty of space to put products onto. Getting in contact with the owners for more information was easy. Finding the location itself and retrieving the key from the small safe is straightforward. All in all a good choice, I would like to stay here again if I visited Nice since it is close to the airport, there is possibility to park on the street with public transport relatively nearby to access the city center easily.

Cons: What might not be obvious from the pictures is that the gallery is really unconfortably accessible only with the stairs, plus the height of the space allows you to be on your hands and knees essentially. If it was meant for kids only, then it is just dangerous because of the weird way the ladder connects to this additional floor. The AC is difficult to set up at first. It is working and will cool down the room, but it definitely needs some time to figure out how it works.

An excellent and cozy place for a family vacation in Nice

Pros: The place was great. We were a family of four and it completely fulfilled our requirements. the place is perfectly equipped, nothing was lacking. It was also very clean. Though there was no designated parking, parking was easy on the road outside, and we never had a problem. the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. It is on the West side of Nice, so close to the airport and not far from the prominade. The keys were easy to get, and we had no problem getting in, though we arrived around midnight.

Cons: Not much really. The kids slept on the mezzanine, so they found it a bit problematic to come down the stairs at night while drowsy. Also, opening the front door was a bit tricky when we arrived the first night until we figured out that after opening all the locks, you need to turn the centre knob to open the latch. It was very minor stuff, but all was great.

Perfect voor ons doel

Pros: Prima locatie en appartement en prettige communicatie. Extra fijn is de ligging direct naast een supermarkt

Cons: Eigenlijk miste alleen een waterkoker (of die hebben we niet kunnen vinden) en voor parkeren voor de deur was er erg beperkt of geen plek. Dus wel klein stukje moeten lopen. Maar geen probleem.

Összességében jó, apró hibákkal.

Pros: Nagyon jó helyen, repülőtér. villamos és busz megálló a közelben. Szomszédban élelmiszerbolt, ahol nagyon kedvesek. Izléses konyha. Jó kommunikáció a tulajdonossal. Néhány hiányosságtól eltekintve jól felszerelt.

Cons: A fürdőkád nagyon rossz állapotú, a konyhai felszereltségben volna mit javítani.(Bogre csak 1 db volt, a lábast is csak egyet találtam, de az is nagyon használt.) Csak egy gyors levest szerettem volna forralni. A mosdónál hiányzott a szappan a kézmosáshoz.

Todo de maravilla. Quedamos encantados

Pros: Todo excelente. Moderno y limpio equipado con las cosas necesarias. A 10 min del pleno centro en coche y se aparca fácilmente. Supermercado al lado.

Pros: L’établissement est bien situé, 5 min de l’aéroport et environ 10min du centre ville. Appartement très bien équipé et propre.

Cons: Il fait très chaud dans l’appartement, la climatisation ne marchait pas. J’ai essayé de savoir pourquoi cela ne fonctionnait pas mais les propriétaires ont ignoré mon message. Les matelas et la literie n’étaient pas confortables aussi.

Appartement à réserver sans hésiter

Pros: Le logement est très bien équipé et bien décoré. La propreté est parfaite aussi. Il est situé dans une rue passante mais le bruit des voitures n'a pas été un problème pour nous surtout que la chambre donne sur l'arrière du bâtiment. A 10 minutes à pied d'un arrêt de tramway qui emmène jusque dans le centre ville c'est idéal pour laisser la voiture pendant le séjour surtout que le stationnement n'est pas payant.

Cons: Nous aurions aimé un guide des bonnes adresses (restaurant, bar, épicerie locale ou plage par exemple) du propriétaire pour que ce soit parfait.

A convenient and comfortable stay, with the market as a bonus.

Pros: The location was great as I had a rental car while in Nice. What I loved most was that there was a delightful market next door run by a wonderful couple. Along with having everything one could need for an extended stay, the owner was also a wonderful chef and a delightful person. We had some of his cooked food for our dinners, as well as fresh breads and pastries in the morning. This market was literally 20 feet from the apartment.

Cons: Perhaps a more comfortable bed.

Pros: Appartement super bien agencé !! Ne pas être très grand pour l' accès à la mezzanine....mais, très bien conçu et réfléchi !

Cons: La bañera está muy desgastada, cuesta calentarse la parte de abajo del apartamento ya que la bomba de calor tira hacia arriba. Propuesta de mejora: un radiador eléctrico en la parte de abajo, así como en el baño. A mejorar también el sofá...
